Everyone was in the court. Everyone was excited. Taeyang looked at the people who were present in the court to watch the match. He noticed Joon-hee.

Joon-hee noticed him too. The younger muttered something. Taeyang read his lips,he smiled when he realised what the younger said. "fighting!"the younger said.

The older stopped smiling and went back to his previous form. He maintained his boldness and cold face.

He hoped that no one saw him smiling. He looked away as he realised his teammates were smirking."Focus on the match you idiots!"

"My babe is here!"said one of the teammates.

Everyone frowned at Minhyuk."Kim Joon-hee"Minhyuk shouted. Joon-hee heard as he rolled his eyes.

Taeyang glanced at him then at Joon-hee. Then he glanced at Minhyuk. "Do..you know him?"he asked.

Minhyuk nodded. "My pretty neighbour".

"He's cute right?"

"Can we just focus on the match?"Taeyang said changing the topic.

Everyone nodded.

Finally the game started.As always Taeyang's team was in lead. He was playing amazing. Everyone especially the girls were going crazy over how hot Taeyang was looking as he was sweating.

At the end, Taeyang's team won the match.

"Seojun..we won right?"asked Joon-hee. Seojun nodded.  The shorter looked around as he said. "I think I am the only one who barely know anything about basketball.."he pouted. The other pats his head as he answered"My poor little child".

"Child? I'm 16 years old".

"Whatever".

"I'm 5 months older than you..".

"So what!? I'm taller than you baby" teased Seojun.

The shorter rolled his eyes.

Season: summer
[Month of June begins]

As the summer begins,the summer vacation starts as well. The school has organised a school trip to Jeju Island for the students for 1 week.

Almost every student was going. The trip was tomorrow. For the first time in his school life, Joon-hee wasn't excited about the trip at all. Why? Because this time..his friend will not be here.

"Yoo.. what's up?"Joon-hee flinched as he felt someone's hand on his shoulder. "Oh Minhyuk?..get lost".

"Get lost? Yaa I'll tell your hyung that you're behaving like this with me"Minhyuk threatened.

"What do you want?"

"The thing is that baby.. there's no seat available here in the canteen other than beside you..so can we just sit here hmm?"Minhyuk pouted.

Taeyang was present there as well. He was annoyed when he heard Minhyuk calling the younger baby.

"Y'all can sit here".

They all sat down.

"Oppa?"Some girl called Taeyang. The latter looked at her."I heard you like chicken.. have some fried chicken oppa.. I bought it for you"she said while blushing.

Taeyang sighed. He looked at the girl as he said,"when you are doing some homework..do it nicely..yes I like chicken but not fried chicken!"he stated as he rolled his eyes.

"You can give the chicken to me!"Joon-hee said smiling. He thought if Taeyang will not have it..the chicken will go on waste.. rather he would have it as it's his fav afterall.

The girl scoffed."you should just go on a diet..have a look at yourself..". It was not the first time Joon-hee heard that he should go on a diet. He was used of it. It still hurts him though.

Minhyuk was about to say something but Taeyang stood up and spoke first"I don't think he needs to change himself.. he's pretty in his own way."he glanced at Joon-hee then at the girl"I also think he's prettier than you". After hearing this,the girl left.

Joon-hee muttered thank you to Taeyang with a smile.

"Joon-hee.. leave her..and see I brought friend chicken for you.."Minhyuk said handing the plate. The younger's eyes lightened up.

He took the chicken and said"thanks Minnie". The other blushed. On the other hand Taeyang rolled his eyes.

"I'll leave now!"Joon-hee said as he stood up and bowed towards them. Before leaving he smiled at Taeyang which made the older smile too. But he soon stopped smiling hoping no one saw him smiling.

"For how long you know this kid?"asked Yeol."I think.. it's 10 years already..he was 6 when he and his family came to our neighborhood"  stated Minhyuk. "He was so small back then "he chuckled.

Taeyang interrupted as he asked"do you like him?. Minhyuk chuckled"I'll tell you later "
