Rebecca is faced with a situation that threatens her job, engagement and life.

All characters in Something Unusual are important to the overall plot of the story. However, I will be dividing them into major and minor depending on what roles they play in the plot. Not all characters will be listed, just the ones that are likely to appear a good number of times throughout the book.

Rebecca Collins; 24 years old. Ibibio from Akwa-Ibom state, Nigeria.
Jacob Stanley; 27 years old. Igala from Kogi state, Nigeria. Rebecca's Fiancé.
Jared Nifemi Akinbade; 18 years old. First son of Mr. and Mrs. Akinbade. Yoruba from Ilorin, Kwara state, Nigeria.
Becky Laju Jones; 17 years old. Only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Olusegun Jones. Yoruba form Lagos state, Nigeria.
Thomas Akinbade; 50 years old. Owner of Xsel Electronics. Yoruba from Ilorin, Kwara state, Nigeria.
Mrs. Sylviane Akinbade; 40 years old. Wife to Mr. Akinbade. Lebanese.
Kesi Angel Dokubo; 17 years old. Kalabari from Rivers State, Nigeria. Becca's best friend.
