Crow's knee bounced rapidly as he sat at his desk. His lips were hidden behind his crossed fingers as he watched the other students file into the classroom. Marinette and Adrien held hands as they walked through the door, only releasing one another when they took their seats. Alya and Nino came in with their arms locked together at the elbows and took a moment to whisper to each other before doing the same. Crow groaned at the sight and laid his head down on the desk. Working with the four of them would be a pain now, especially since they all knew one another inside and outside the mask.

"Are you okay?" He looked up and felt the heat rush to his cheeks only to drain away just as quickly. Nathaniel stood awkwardly beside him, shifting from foot to foot as he waited for Crow to give him room on the bench.

"Yeah, um, just kinda tired ya know. Everything was turning gold yesterday and I had to run to escape it." Crow rambled as he slid over, allowing Nathaniel to take his place beside him.

"I know what you mean, I was lucky to be plucked out of it before I became a statue." The red head shifted to place his books on the table before him as he spoke.

"Oh yeah?" Crow asked, leaning forward against the desk, "were you rescued by one of those heros?"

"Yeah, I think I was at least..." Nathaniel shifted through his books until he found a tattered, well used sketchbook and opened it to show Crow a pencil sketch of himself as Raven, complete with the feathered cloak and the talon nunchucks that he was almost positive the artist hadn't been able to see while he was carrying him the day before. "He said his name was Raven, saved my life." Nathaniel said as he ran the pad of his thumb down the paper, tracing the outline of the picture.

"He seems like a pretty awesome hero." Crow said with a slight smirk, "You're pretty good at drawing him too."

"Well that was easy, I just sketched you out then drew the suit over the top." Crow froze, his eyes widening as they locked on to Nathaniel's face.

"You-" he began.

"I mean it was pretty obvious, no one else around here mutters things in english under duress, and the build is different than any I've seen." Nathaniel cut in before he could even form his thought.

"You've... figured everything out? That easily?" Suspicion pricked at the back of Crows mind as he leaned back on the bench.

"Well, I hadn't but now that you've told me..." a small smirk played across Nathaniel's lips, sending a warm feeling of embarrassment washing over Crow. He ducked his head to hide his face from Nathaniel as he rambled off a few choice words in English.

"Fine. Okay. So what?" He said, raising his head up once again. "But now I have to make sure you're okay, knowing is pretty dangerous after all. For both of us."

"What do you mean?" Nathaniel was the one that looked uncomfortable then, Crow felt he could play around for a while and see how far he could push the other male, but one look into his eyes left him weak at the knees.

"I'm going to have to screen you, could be an all day thing too. I think we should start with coffee." He leaned forward once again and hastily scrawled his phone number on the corner of the page, "Yeah. Coffee first, then lunch. Maybe a movie and ice cream."

"Are you asking me out?" Nathaniel asked.

"Yes."

"On a.. a date?"

"Well I mean I'm not asking you out on a cruise." the way that Nathaniel chuckled after Crow's small joke had a light fluttery feeling filling his chest. His smile softened as he watched the artist duck his head in order to hide a shy smile of his own.
