Reaped for the 66th games Rowell felt as if everything was over. Even having training by her father, she felt like she would join her sisters fate as a decided unremarkable tribute. That is intill she wins.
Rowell Castor from my A message to those...
Right hello, I guess? This is a prequel of sorts to my story "a message to those in power" and will be following my OC Rowell in her games and after. Since I have written the whole story-ish before I decided just to publish the catching fire bits. It's all gonna be condensed down a little though, as I have a habit of waffling and droning on loads. (Like right now if here honest) so I thought it would be easier to read.
