It's been a little over a week since I moved out of Billie's house. We talked a lot the first few days I was gone and she spent the night with me once, but for about 3 days now she has been super dry with me.

I think it may be because the gang has threatened her if she doesn't tell them where I am. Sometimes I wish I never even met Billie. I mean non of this would be going on.

A few days ago I started working at a coffee shop and I really liked it. It was nothing like my old job and I appreciated that a ton. I got to wear modest clothes I didn't have to dance on people and I didn't have to talk dirty.

"Hey you good." A voice said shaking me out of my thoughts. I turned around to see Charli taking a seat on the sofa.

"Yeah I'm fine."

"Listen Liz I know you miss her, but maybe with is for the best."

I rolled my eyes at her words and shoved a pillow over my face. All I wanted to do right now is to be with Billie, or die that also sounds nice.

I felt the couch dip next to me and moved the pillow to notice Charli taking a seat next to me. She wrapped her arms around me and I cuddled into her.

"I miss doing this with-" I was cut off by Charli covering my mouth with her hand.

"Let's just not think about her." Charli told me.

"I can't not think about her, since the day I met her I've been thinking about her."

"You wanna have a smoke."

"No I have to start getting ready for work." I said letting go of Charli and grabbing my stuff to go to the bathroom and get ready.

I pulled my hair up into a messy bun and slipped on my company shirt with a pair of light baggy jeans. I put on my converse and walked out of the house and to my car.

I turned on my depressed playlist and continued on my way to work.

Once I got there I turned off my car and walked inside.

"Hey how are you." I heard Landon say. I had met him on my first day. He is super nice and lowkey fine as fuck. He is tall with brown curly hair and brown eyes.

"I'm fine how about you."

"I'm pretty good now that your here. It's boring as fuck without you." He laughed.

"Well here I am." I laughed back.

I got behind the counter and sat my stuff in the break room. I checked my phone and saw Billie didn't reply to my text but she read it.

I wasn't even trying to end a conversation I just asked how she was and clearly she didn't wanna talk.

I walked out to the counter where Landon was making somebody's coffee. I leaned against the counter and watched him work, admiring his soft and kind features.

He looked over at me and noticed me starring, he gave me a smirk which made me blush slightly.

Once he was done making his order he walked over to me.

"I'm not very much to look at, so what were you starring at." He teased.

"Don't be to hard on yourself, I think your a sight to see." I patted his chest and walked away from him attending to the customer that walked inside.
