Auriella and Alexander-13

Ella didn't know why people thought it was a good idea to let two thirteen-year-olds have their own flat but she wasn't complaining. She liked having her own space and even though she and Xander's cousins barged in more often than not it was a freedom she had never experienced before.

They had gotten out of their town and were now living in the big city.

They were no strangers to London; they were up here a couple of times a week but it was different living right in the middle of the chaos. Ella liked the busyness of it, she liked looking out of their large windows at all the people on the crowded street. No one could see them, they were right on the top floor but she could see just glimpses and shapes of people.

That's how Xander found her. At a quarter to seven in the morning, she was sitting on one of the window seats with a cup of hot chocolate staring down at the street.

People watching.

Making up stories about people you would never know, I mean Ella could if she wanted to, after all, she was one of the best hackers of the century but she wasn't into stalking people for no reason.

The company she and her boyfriend had launched a year ago was growing. Their ten customers (Not including their family) had turned into a hundred quickly and through a ton of marketing and word of mouth their company was now shipping out thousands of their phones, tablets, laptops and so much more every day.

Their business was growing rapidly and they were working so many horses every day to keep up, to get products ready for the next launches. To upgrade everything to the best piece they could probably provide.

No shortcuts.

Ella wasn't sure if two barely teenagers were behind the brand. People would be so intent on buying their products but she wasn't taking it for granted. She was making the best she could with her current situation.

She and Xander had been working around the clock, they had barely even been going to school which they needed to, they had done their work but there were so many days they needed to attend an in-person class they needed to try and fit into their schedule.

But they still had a couple of months to fill the quota, this was one of their first days offs since they had launched Ambivalent exactly ten months ago. And it was five more months until they each released a company just by themselves. Something they were passionate about that wouldn't grow as big as Ambivalent.

Something just for them.

People had already tried to take Ambivalent Technologies, they were unsuccessful of course, but it hadn't stopped them from trying. They had tried to fight to be stockholders, some had even claimed they were.
