YOUR POV

The goal for today is to finish the rooms! You say trying to hold your phone between your face and shoulder..

"Well I just want to come spend one day! It will be ok if it is not completely ready..I can help you finish."  She says

Well, thank you.. I do have to get some work done today.. I can't wait to see you. I need to go.. Love you..

"Love you too bye I will see you soon!"

You hang up and take a deep breath.. You really don't have much left to do on the rooms, so you decide to do some of the work that you can't put off anymore.. So you slide on some athletic clothes. You really want a change of scenery so you grab your macbook and walk outside. You really love this porch and it's kinda nice to just sit here in the rocking chair.

Once logged in to your computer, you check your email for all the new commissions. And check on what projects are due soon. You had worked your schedule so you could have a few days to move, but you really don't want to get behind..

When you hear a door to your left shut.. But you are busy trying to make sure you get this graphic centered..

'Hey (Y/N)' Brian says as he walks toward his car...

Morning.. You say not turning or looking towards him..

You hear a car door shut, and then foot steps back into the house..

Moments later Brian steps in front of where you are at, but he is on the grass and you are sitting on the porch.. You look up from your computer to see the handsome man standing there, he had a hat on, a t-shirt and sweater, along with jeans and sneakers.. He holds the towel you used to keep from burning your hands.

'That pie was awesome, thank you I really appreciate it.' He says handing it to you...

Oh thanks!

' Did you make that'  he says pointing at your laptop..

Oh yeah, I am a graphic designer.

'That's awesome! If I ever hear of anyone who needs it I will tell them about you, you have a business card?' he says reaching for his wallet.

Yeah, let me go grab it! You go in the house and grab a few cards and throw the towel in the laundry basket..

You walk off the porch and hand him the cards, Thank you..

'You're welcome, hey I'll do anything to help..' he stuffs the cards in his wallet

You going to work? You say, as you notice his shirt is a back to the future shirt..

'Yeah I am I actually-'

I love your Back to the future shirt!

'Oh I love Back to the Future, me and Joey had to argue if the BTTF franchise was better than the Star Wars franchise, and bro.. That shit wasn't an easy decision, I like them both so much.' He say sticking his hands in his pocket..

Oh yeah, they both are so good. I would have never been able to decide.

'Well, I really need to get going. We should for sure hang out sometime." He says stepping backwards..

I would love that, see you later! You say waving and walking back to your spot on the porch.

He smiles, 'Can't wait.. ' turning and going to his car..

After spending time working on some projects for clients, you were able to finish the rooms. Your house is pretty much done, just a few small minor things that are mainly just cosmetic. You jump in the shower and wash up, tonight you were gonna take (Y/BF) to the restaurant that Joey says he owns, you really hope he is there because you would like to introduce your friend to him. He seems like the type of guy she would like, and maybe they could hit it off.
