.
The trio of one male and two females stood in an isolated barren wasteland that was filled with meteor craters in almost every direction.
"So....how are we going to do this?" Shido glanced around the surrounding to see if they were alone before he then put down his hood off his head.
"Alright, first off, you're going to need to summon your own Unsigned Angel." Yue said as she summoned her Unsigned Angel which was a giant Claymore that she shouldn't even be able to carry around with her height, let alone use for combat.
Yet despite that, she was easily swinging the giant sword around like it weight nothing.
"Okay, two things. First of all, does that thing weigh anything? Second, how the fuck do expect me to summon my own?" Shido looked at her with a deadpan face.
"Uh...you just...do? Every Quasi-Spirit knows how to." Yue then turned to Hibiki. "Even Hibiki can summon her own."
Yue gestured Hibiki to summon her own Unsigned Angel in which said Empty did. Hibiki's Unsigned Angel were basically wolverine claws that were strapped to her right hand.
"....just one on a single hand?" Shido didn't looked impressed with it.
"Quasi-Spirit's can only have one Unsigned Angel." Yue explained as Shido nodded.
"Right, anyway, back to the topic. How do I summon my own Unsigned Angel....if I even have one." Shido looked at Yue who was in deep thought on how she could explain it to him.
"Well....Quasi-Spirit's usually don't need to think to summon their Unsigned Angel....they just do. But, if I have to explain how summoning your Unsigned Angel...then I would say, it's like....you have this third arm that you know you have but aren't using it."
Shido blinked before sighing.
"That explanation explained nothing." Shido deadpaned.
"Hey! I'm trying my best here! I never thought that any Quasi-Spirit would not not know how to summon their own weapon before!" Yue looked at Shido with an exasperated tone and face.
"Sorry...sorry, that's just my frustrated assholeness taking the wheel. I'll tone it down." Shido raised his hands in surrender as he sighed.
"Good....so....do it."
"...I still don't know how damnit."
"Right...." Yue began thinking on how she could teach Shido on summoning his Unsigned Angel.
"Can you feel the Reiryoku in the air?" Yue asked Shido who recognized the word "Reiryoku".
"I see you know what Reiryoku is." Shido nodded.
"Yeah, it's basically magic or mana right? An energy that basically allows the user to shape reality and do crap that sends an f-you to physics....I'll try to feel for it." Shido said as he closed his eyes as he tried to "feel" the Reiryoku in the air as Yue said.
"Hmm...."
"...hrm...."
"Hrk...."
"....."
"I don't feel anything." Shido looked at her with disappointed look. He was really hoping he could get it on the first try.
"Then again....nothing ever seems to go my way, past life and present." He thought.
"Hmm....?" Yue scratched her head in mild frustration at Shido's lack of results in summoning his own Unsigned Angel.
"Think Yue! Think! How can you get him to figure out to summon his Unsigned Angel?" Yue thought long and hard for minutes.
