Life seems to be so unpredictable one moment all thought everything is getting better  between the sisters and within some days things change and took a disaster face later on things were nore good but neither were bad for for goenka family except for Aarohi , and now again the life is a disaster the youngest memberof family was in the hospital fighting for her life,

After knowing the truth miss mayra was under police custody and being a big name of Udaipur of Birla families and Goenka families they use all power to put Mr Shah behind the bars,  they  file the FIR against Mr Shah for his deeds for destroying the name of Birla hospital and and goenka's daughter's life and Justice
When Mr Harsh Birla and Manish Goenka went with police for filing a FIR against Mr Shah few minutes later on nurse came and informed that aarohi's heart rate is decreasing and making all tensed .

abhimanyu was checking and given her injection to stop her heart beats go more down but it wasn't working and lastly the beats stoped making abhi num, defibrillation was started immediately after her beats stop to bring back her heart beats , other doctors and nurse who were helping Abhimanyu bring him back and asked him to do the Defibrillation, he did this multiple times before but today his hands were shaking but knowing the situation and not wasting a single time he hold the defellator pads giving Aarohi shock to bring her back, after 2 tries her Heartbeat did where back which relaxed abhimanyu a little and immediately he start working on making her better.

Kairav who was sitting with Akshara hugging her giving her a hope and saying her that Aarohi will be fine himself was worried and tensed he really can't she his sister in such condition, he himself want to break down in someone's arms but right now he need to be strong for Aarohi  who was fighting for her life and for Akshara who was sitting here and crying for too long now..

Manjari who hear the news to came to the hospital even after saying no to her by Neil and Abhimanyu but she can't,  she had meet Akshara 2-3 times before and today listening to this situation how can she be at home when her whole family and her son's love is suffering , and she always have a little liking towards Aarohi , so she had many reasons to visit,  while she and neil where standing  looking at the family who is continuously crying and praying for their younger daughters wellbeing

"Akshu tu tension mat le, aaru ko tho aadat hai hume pareshaan karne ki, dekha abhi thik ho jayegi or bolegi "or karo ignore mujhe", Hum sab baat nahi  kar rahe they naa ise isliye punishment de rahi hai tu roo mat, thik " kairav said but in the end he too broke down, listen to her brother with attention as she know even he need some one to rely on

"Bahiya vo aapki baat manti hai naa, tho use bolo na utne, pls use bolo vo ut jaye  ese us bed pe late Late hume pareshaan naa kare ,are Or bhi tho trike hai , uski har baat manugi, but  pls use thik kardo pls ... Akshra said while crying, kairav who was still hugging akshu to comfort broke the hug and went from there after hearing her but vansh held her, as vansh knows kairav need some time alone after this much had happened and akshu need this comfort.

Kairav weakest and strongest point were his sisters, he can fight whole world for them if he had to  and,  live anything in return of their happiness, but he  felt like he failed as a brother, he never able give his  sisters happiness they deserve , specially after their parents death, back then  he was always more concern   for akshu, because he thought she is to kind for this cruel world, but with time his akshu was confident, self- dependent, and stronger he realized it but still the concerns never stop because tho she can handle , and list concern of the world,  but she never fight for right with  aarohi, but now when he thinks of it he finds that in order to take care of aksu little things which can make her atlest little happy he knows her well and understand her just by look but with aarohi he always took care of a thing's she asked for so he really don't know her and due to which that day he believed blindly to what ag heard at hospital and akshu's face and behavior stated the part which ag didn't hear at hospital, but aarohi's  face and behavior that day too stated very clearly that she is executed, and empty but he didn't get  he didn't know when he was so lost in finding ways to give akshra a little happiness and know her unspoken hurt, feeling, he forgot that even just like akshu, aaru to have some unspoken feeling, even aarohi to must be facing some problems which she didn't share,  and today he felt like he was living in illusion that atlest he could give aaru all the happiness she asked for but today he found that he  was never able to give his sisters happiness they deserve , he promised his mother that he will be best brother to his both the sisters but he never fulfill it..

" Akshu tujhe pata hai  naira masi sharni thi tho surat masi babbar sarni, tho unki dono batiyan bhi sarni Or baber sarni hogi naa,  Tu kud ko smhal, sabka tujhe hi tho dyan rakhna hai  na, or aarohi tho hum sab ka test le rahi hai yaad hai naa bachpan mai tune use bola tha ki tu uski bina bhi rahe sakti hai, tho vo cuhp gai thi, taki tujhe test kar sake ,  ek ghante baad vo naa mili tho tune ro ro ke hungama maja diya tha ,sirat masi phale se hi aaru ko lake pareshaan thi or tujhe rota dhak tho vo bhi ro padi, tab jake vo bhar aai, bilkul use thara is baar bhi test le rahi hai, jab use lage ka ki tera test ho gaya or tu fail hai is mai tab ut ke bole gi ki apne us attitude ke sath ki  "ho gaya tera, rahli mujse dur, jab nahi rahe sakti tho boli kyun, vapis fir bolna nai ager kar nahi sakti tho ", Akshara and family laughed and got more emotional remembering the old memory, indeed aarohi always had that habit to prove herself right today also she did that and now she is taking the test of the family for sure..

Neil and manjari who where the silent viewer till now got emotional too,
Manjari always new that this girl  aarohi has different ways to express but people can't understand her,  but for neil aarohi was whatever his brother said about her , and whenever he looked at her it fit her well tho, abhimanyu used to say she has attitude issue she is so self centred and extremely rude to her sister, but maybe even abhi was not always with her and this talks made him think that  may be she has this from childhood this attitude and stubbornness maybe that's what make her different, and now he guess that there is nothing wrong in it but that doesn't mean we can say that the person is bad, that's the assumption assumption he and his brother always made but their mother never did, she always says that no one is bad maybe that's the way to express sometimes or may be  they are not so expressive just like a abhimanyu  who was  not good in expressing but with time neil and manjari taught him to express at least to their loves not to all but at least to his love once and he does now very well and express his emotions to all now, and today he also realize that even his brother can be wrong sometimes,

Abhimanyu came out after an hour and hugged he his mother all goenka's   are patiently waiting for him to say how is their daughter but with Abhimanyu hugging his mother was making their heart beat low and when he turn towards them he went towards Akshara hold her hands and had a little smile which told Akshara that her sister is fine now and she smile brightly and asked
"Meri aaru thik hai naa, "
" Haa bilkul thik ek baar ke liya tho dara hi diya tha but ab thik hai kuch hour's baad hose bhi aa jyega  tab kuch test zarur karne hai , but abhi she is fine , Kaha tha na maine vah Jiddi Hai yah Tumhari Aarohi bahut Jiddi ,  Pareshan karke rakh Diya yaar," Hearing him all got happy  tears , emotional,  and thanked God for making her all right, vansh thanked abhi and went out while giving this happy news to bade papa and ag on call who were in the police station for the Mr Shah's case and finding kairav to tell him that their sister is fine, which brought back the strength in kairav .. what can be the more Happy News  than this that his sister is well now fine out of danger now, of course she did take whole 24 hours of Abhimanyu  and giving Mini heart attacks to the family members with each passing  hour for whole day to get well to be okay but that's what arohi  is for you make her suffer she will make you double suffer...

Tho aarohi was out of danger , but now they all know  where eagerly waiting for her to gain consciousness, they all were guilty for not finding the truth and Believing in the first thing they hear, and wanted forgiveness from her, Afcorse she won't forgive them so easily specially her sister and neil  (that's what they think in there mind ) and all believe that it's right too, how can she forgive all so easily after so much she want through , just  because of everyone who put wrong allegation on her she was almost on death bad, but as mimi says about their both grand daughters are just like their mothers, fearless, fighters, sharni, ...
