Silver's Pov

My life has been a series of ups and downs. For instance, my family life. I was born a few days after Iblis took over. My father was one of the first people who were trying to fight. back. He wanted me to be able to live in a normal world. He was killed a few days after I was born, so I don't really remember him, although my mom told me I looked just like him.

I don't really remember much about my mom either, but for a different reason. When I was about five years old, our neighborhood was completely destroyed. My mom told me to run as fast as I could and that she would be right behind me. It was only when I finally couldn't run any more and looked back to see how far I got that I realized the terrible truth; somewhere under the rubble that was once my home was my mom.

I walked alone for weeks before I finally was found and taken in. Her name was Cinder and she was one of the people my dad was working with. She took me to a hidden bunker and told me I could stay with her and her daughter Blaze as long as I needed to. I didn't realize just how much my life was about to change. I stayed with them and once we were old enough, Cinder taught us how to use our powers to fight back against Iblis.

Blaze became my best friend, but deep down, I was madly in love with her. It wasn't until we were 14 that I finally worked up the courage to tell her how I felt. She felt the same way and had been together ever since. We talked a lot about what we would do once Iblis was gone. One day after I told her I would marry her and get a nice house for us to live in, she said it would be for us and our kid.

A few months later, we welcomed our baby girl, Bella. She was a white and purple cat (the one in the picture). She is the sweetest little girl I've ever met. She loves it when I play with her using my powers. We didn't know if she had any of our powers, but I was hoping she didn't so she wouldn't have to join this fight. After she was born I became desperate to get rid of Iblis. I guess in that regard, I'm just like my dad.

Almost five years later, we eventually did get rid of Iblis but at a cost; in order to get rid of it, it needed a host. I tried my best, but it just wouldn't accept me, but it gladly took Blaze. I begged her not to, but we both knew that there was no other way. Her last words to me were to take care of Bella, as well as myself. Just like that, she was gone. The world was saved, but my world got a whole lot worse.
