"Got us some choice of supplies for the next leg of our road trip," Johnny shouted as he walked out of the Mexican shop with a pair of red sunglasses on.

"Why is your dad so fucking strange?" I laughed.

Robby shook his head as his dad made his way over to us.

"Mexican cokes," he pulled three cokes out of the bag.

"I think they're just cokes," Robby sighed and I stifled a laugh.

Johnny had forced me to forgive Robby before we came on this trip to find Miguel. I wanted to come and Johnny wanted to try to repair his relationship with the boy, so he said we had to be friends again, which I didn't mind, I did miss my best friend, but Robby was being stubborn.

"Mexican candy, chiharróns and I just picked up this badass cell phone, it's got sixty minutos on it, that's like three hundred American minutes," he showed us.

"Right looks great," I joked.

"And I got you both a little something to say 'welcome to Mexico,' don't tell me it's offensive, we bought it in Mexico, it's their idea," Johnny passed Robby a bobble head dog with a sombrero on.

"The dogs cute," Robby shrugged.

"And here, gift number two" he handed us a t-shirt each with 'FBI' printed on it.

We both held it up to look at, and I made a confused face before looking at Robby. He had the same expression.

"Turn it around," Johnny smiled.

We both turned it around and on the back it had an image of a lady with 'Female Body Inspector' written below.

"Isn't that great? I got one for me too," he laughed.

"I'm not wearing this," I looked at him.

"So what are we actually doing here?" Robby asked.

Alongside forcing me to forgive Robby, Johnny had also forced me into promising I wouldn't tell him we were coming to find Miguel.

"And don't say it's a father-son bonding thing because one, we could have done that five hundred miles ago, and two, she's here," he pointed at me.

"Look this is a father-son bonding thing, and a best friend-best friend-ex girlfriend-ex boyfriend bonding thing, but we have something to take care of first," he sighed.

I face palmed at his way of explaining.

"Seriously?" Robby laughed.

"Come on, I'll explain in the car," he ushered Robby into the front.

"Hey I get priority, I'm the one with an injury," I scoffed as I slumped into the back seats.

"Oh shut up," Johnny laughed.

Robby turned and smirked at me before Johnny started driving.

"We're here because we need to find Miguel," Johnny admitted.

"You've got to be kidding me?" Robby replied angrily.

"You have every right to be upset," Johnny explained.

"How could you take me to Mexico and not mention once we're coming to get Miguel. Come on Robby let's go down to Mexico with your ex-girlfriend you forgot to mention was here and come back with some stories," he scoffed.
