Izukus Pov-

It's been about 4 days since we escaped.

I'm not saying it was all bad but sometimes being trapped in a very clean and white place for a period of time can effect your mental health worse than originally being admitted.

But those nurses... something about them is off.

UA MH is one of the most advanced hospitals in all of Japan. Heck it was even voted #1 for being the most effective and successful.

Why would they threaten to spill our trauma to everyone? Why would they hurt me more than I already am? Why did they get Tenko in on it? If anything he's been through enough... But why did they have to bring up mum?

Her death was hard on us all but that doesn't mean it's our fault... right?

"Oi, Deku!"

I jump at the voice. Glad it's pulled me out of those thoughts.

"Are you ok?"

"Hmm? Oh yeah! Just thinking" I smile back.

"Are you sure Midoriya? It seems like you were troubled."

"Yeah Deku, if you ever need to talk, come to one of us."

I nod, "Thank you guys."

Kachan comes and sits on the couch next to me. "How's your wrist?"

"Mmm, it's sore but it's bearable."

"Let me look."

I give him my wrist, wincing as he starts to take the blood soaked bandages off.

"It's still bleeding slightly..." He looks up at me. "What work have you been doing?"

"Uh.. what do you mean?" I smile 'innocently'

"Don't pull that crap on me Deku. What. Have. You. Been. Doing?"

I sigh, looking down. "Fine.. I've been fixing up the place.."

"Like what?"

"Putting planks on the walls.."

It's silent, I look up and study Kachans face. There's no emotion in it whatsoever, usually I can read him like a book.

I'm snapped out my thoughts when I feel a sharp pain cross my cheek.

"Hey! What was that for?!"

I notice he's wrapped it up again.

"That was for not listening to us! Stupid Deku! You reopened the wound! You could loose more blood than you already have. We cant afford to take you up to the hospital! We'll be sent back. You need to rest so it can heal. Start taking better care of yourself!"

I nod. "Ok Kachan.."

"Now stand up, I need help to get water."

"But you just said-!"

"Shut up. Are you going to come Icy-Hot?"

"I'll stay here and tidy up a bit."

Kachan pushes me towards the balcony, shoving me in a hoodie and grabbing a bucket while doing so.

We climb down and start walking off through the woods.

It's a peaceful silence, birds sing and chirp, the trees rustle with the cool afternoon breeze. I feel a warmth slide into my hand, I look down. Kachans holding my hand?!

My heart starts to race and my face heats up. I shouldn't be freaking out about this! We used to always hold hands when we were little. So what's the difference now?

I mean he has gotten hotter since the last time I saw him. He's taller and he has way more muscle. And his voice has gotten so deep! It's so attractiv- wait.. ahhhhh! Stop thinking these ridiculous thoughts Izuku!

"Deku, help."

I snap my eyes up at him.
He's leaning over in the creek, his shirt hanging loosely, his toned body showing under the loose fabric. God damn he has a nice body...

I scream as water is poured over me. I scowl (pout) as Kachan hovers the bucket over my head, smirking as he looked down at me.

"Do you ever stop thinking nerd?"

I open my mouth.

"You know what. Don't answer that."

He ruffles my hair, passing me the second bucket. I take my shoes off, waddling into the freezing water.

I lean down, filling the bucket to the top. I smirk and throw it all onto Kachan. He screams like a girl! I start laughing hysterically, looking over his appearance.

His hair has covered most his face. The once loose clothes hugged his body. The bucket he held was still full as he took deep, slow breaths.

"K-Kachan?"

Third Person Pov-

There was silence before Katsuki launched at Izuku. Pushing him over as they both fell into the cool water.

Izuku laughed as Katsuki looked down at the younger boy, a soft smile resting upon his lips.

*insert dramatic gasp* "Kachan! Your smiling!"

"Hah?! I am not!"

"You were just now! I saw Kachan smile!" Izuku smiled, blinding the older male.

Katsuki smirked, softly trailing his fingers up Izukus waist, past his chest and filling resting in his underarm.

"Kachan. No."

He smirked "Kachan yes"

Izuku burst out into hysterical laughter as Katsuki tickled him.

"K-Ka-Kachan! Ahahahaha p-please st-op hahaha"

"Fine," He rolled his eyes, "but only because you asked so nicely" A playful grin rested on his face until he saw the state Izuku was in.

His face was bright red, his eyes half lidded as he struggled to catch his breath.

The blondes face flushed into a brilliant crimson colour. He scrambled off Izuku,  filling up the two buckets before making his way back to their hideout.

The pattering of footsteps alerted of the green bean following him. He stopped, letting the (very) short male catch up to him.

"Hah... you're too fast Kachan.. give me- warning... next time.. Hah.." He said catching his breath.

Katsuki started walking again. "It's not my damn fault your so short."

"Hey! I'm not that short!"

"Pfft" He looked at the younger male. "Your shorter than Dunce Face and he's REALLY short."

Izuku pouted, but suddenly grinned as an idea popped into his head.

"Who ever gets back to the treehouse first gets first pick in snacks!"

He dashed forward leaving behind the blonde, who was shouting protests or insults, you can never tell anymore 🤷‍♀️

Izuku heard footsteps near him, looking back he saw Katsuki running, struggling to keep the water from spilling over.

Izuku turned back around, smiling brightly. The cool breeze blowing through his hair, the greenery going past in a blur, animals calling to eachother. Not having any responsibilities or people constantly looking over your shoulder.

It was like nothing could hold him back anymore. He felt.. free...
