It was now Rachel's birthday and Angel was out shopping for a gift. She didn't really know her mom so she didn't really know what to get.

"need help?"A voiced asked her. "why are you suddenly everywhere i am?"Angel asked looking at Tristan who smiled.

"some would say it's fate."He said dramatically. She rolled her eyes and looked through the clothing racks.

"whatcha looking for?"He asked and she sighed. "a birthday gift for my mother but i don't know her well all she does is stop by then leave unannounced and no bye."Angel explained.

"okay well what are one of her hobby's?"He asked and she shrugged not knowing how this was relevant.

"Well she uhh likes to take pictures of pretty things?"Angel said and he snapped this fingers.

"get her a camera bag."He said and her eyes lit up. "oh my Jesus that's perfect hers was already breaking!"

The girl practically sprinted to the electronic store and found a beautiful leather bag.

"This is perfect.You really know how to shop."She told him and he smiled.

"i think my goods work deserves a prize."He said and she laughed and kissed his cheek.

"Hey you missed."He said bringing her face back up and kissing her lips.

"Maybe i'd get over it quicker if everyone weren't busy trying to protect me!"Rory told lane who looked sad.

"Woah what's going on."Angel nervously chuckled walking over to the two girls arguing.Well Rory yelling and lane talking.

"Fine i won't protect you anymore!"Lane said both girls ignoring Angel.

"Glad to hear it."Rory said beginning to walk away. "Next time we're walking down the street and you're about to walk into traffic i'll give you a push."Lane said and Rory rolled her eyes.

"Exactly what i'm talking about."Rory snapped and Angels eyes moved from each girl as they went back and fourth.

"is anyone gonna tell me or-"Angel started but was cut off my lane.

"in the spirit of not protecting you anymore,i was gonna tell you i couldn't study tonight because i had bible class but that's not true i've told meet dean again."Lane said and crossed her arms and Angel scrunched her face in confusion.

"wait you and-"Angel started but was cut off by Rory. "Great thanks for the honesty."

"Are you guys just gonna keep-"

"I'll probably have to see him again this weekend because the projects due on Monday."Lane said cutting Angel off again.

"i don't care i'll see you when is we you."Rory said turning around and walking away.

"Fine!"

"Fine!"

They were now both walking away in opposite directions and Angel stood there cluelessly.

"That was such a nice chat guys we should really do it again sometime!"She shouted and both girls turned around and glared at her. "at least they knew i was standing here."

"They ignored you?"Tristan laughed on the other side of the phone.

"Completely every time i tried to say something they would cut me off and ignore me."She said and he laughed.

"it's not funny i don't even know what's going on."She said chuckling to herself.

"Maybe they had a fight?"He said trying to help so hard. "yeah no shit sherlock."She laughed and he chuckled.

"hey i'm trying here."He said and she sighed. "sorry,sorry i'm just stressed i just need to know!"

"hey i know you care for your friends but you'll know...eventually."He said and she sighed.

"yeah i know."She said and he laughed. "i should go my moms gonna be back soon with my dad and i still need to give her the gift."

"okay i'll see you tomorrow."He told her and she hummed and then they line ended.

Angel sighed tapping her fingers on her table before dialing Lanes number. It rang but she didn't answer.

She then called Rory's phone.it rang but still no answer.Angel sighed as she bounced her leg while playing with her fingers.

"Hey angel."Botj girls chimes walking with her. "Wow so i'm not invisible."She said sarcastically.

"we're sorry we were just having a thing."Lane said and Angel sighed and shrugged.

"i don't care about being ignored i just wanted to at least know what's going on to help!"Angel exclaimed walking to the bus stop.

"i'll explain on the bus."Rory said and Angle sighed in relief and Lane left for her school.
