"Happy birthday Angel!"Luke exclaimed as she walked out her bedroom with her hair messy and a groggy face.

"woo hoo me i'm 16."She said sarcastically and sat down at the table with the pancakes that had a smiley face with chocolate chips.

"why are so so grouchy."He chuckled sitting in front of her. "it's nothing i just hate birthdays."She said and nodded.

"i get it."Luke said and she chuckled before he stood up and grabbed his keys. "hey kid be home by 8:00 and bring that boy what's his name Kristen."

"Tristan and why?"She asked taking a drink of her orange juice. "birthday dinner."He answered and she nodded with a smile and then he left.

"happy birthday."Rory and Lane both exclaimed sitting next to Angel as she sat waiting for the bus.

"oh who's birthday is it!"Angel asked sarcastically and the girls rolled her eyes.

"where you going?"Lane asked and Angel sighed. "Hart ford."She said and both girls nodded in realization.

"Well your bus is here happy 16!"Rory said and both her and lane hugged the girl and left.

"Tristan?"She asked sitting next to him and he smiled. "happy birthday."He said and she laughed

"did you really just get on a bus just to stay on?"She asked sitting next to him. "you really think i'd let my girl on a bus by herself on her birthday."He said and chuckled before her wrapped his arm around her.

The arena filled out and the couple walked out hand in hand. "this has to be one of the best birthdays."She laughed and he smiled.

"why because it was with me?"He asked and the two stepped out into the cold air.

"probably.Oh i forgot to tell you my dad wants you to come back to Stars hallow for a birthday dinner."She said and he nodded.

Angel rambled on about Rory and Lane and everyone but herself.

"Angel."Tristan cut the girl off on her sentence and she smiled looking at him. "you look very pretty."

"Really because i'm in jeans and a hoodie with chucks?"She laughed out and he smiled and nodded.

"yeah you look pretty in anything anywhere."He said and smiled before he lent down and placed a kiss on her lips.

Eventually they separated when they heard the sound of the bus.

Eventually the bus stopped at the bus stop in Stars hallow and the couple left the bus and walked across the street to the diner to see Rory,Lorelai and Luke talking to Luke.

Right behind the two was lane rushing in. "am i late?"She asked and Angel laughed.

"well we just got here so maybe not."She said and she laughed and everyone sat down at the pushed tables and everyone looked at Angel.

"you guys are creepy."She said but they all stared still. "cut that out!"She said and everyone laughed and began eating and talking.

"alright time for gifts me first."Lorelai said and handed the girl small bag.

"oh no."She said and looked at everyone now holding something for her. "come on i don't wanna-"

"open the damn gift."Lorelai said and the girl sighed and unwrapped the item to reveal a small polaroid camera.

"Lorelai i love it!"She said and hugged the girl who was like a mother figure to her.

"awe well i try."She said and Lane was now handing her the next gift which was a picture in a frame that had her Lane and Rory.

"aw lane i love this!"She said and both girls smiled. She then opened Rory's which was a anklet that Angel had been wanting.

"Rory!"She said and Rory chuckled with a bright smile. She then opened Luke's which was a bracelet and saw Luke had the same one wrapped around his wrist.

"dad i love it."She said in awe and he smiled.Finally Tristen held a small box which she opened to reveal a beaded necklace.

"Tristan it's so pretty."she said and put it over her head and it went around her neck.

"they're beads?"Luke said in confusion which made everyone laugh and then Lorelai brought out the cake.

"happy birthday to you~"Everyone began singing and Angel tried her best not to cry at the missing spot that she knew was supposed to be her mothers.

"thank you,i- really thank you i love you all so much."She said and everyone stared in awe and hugged the girl who had tears in her eyes.

"we love you to Angel."Rory said and Angel chuckled and held the people that surrounded her.
