"what-"Angel said walking downstairs to see Luke and Lorelai taking down chairs from the tables as she made suggestions about his diner.

"She painted."Luke said and the girl smiled sarcastically. "i can see that."She said and he rolled his eyes.

"Angel won't curtains look nice?"Lorelai said and the girl smiled starting a cup of coffee.

"Manly curtains."She replied and Lorelai squealed and Luke rolled his eyes.

"i thought you were my daughter."Luke said cleaning up the diner. "yeah well live and ya learn."Angel said and he rolled his eyes.

"good morning dad ."She said coming downstairs and in her chilton uniform.

"morning i just put on a fresh pot."He told her and she walked over grabbing a carb board up since the bus would be their soon.

"oh bless you."She said and he shook his head and she poured the cup and popped the lid on.

"I'm also gonna be in Hartford Friday."She said and he rolled his eyes. "ya'know i'm not a fan of that kid."He said and she shook his head.

"good you're not dating him."She said and he shook his head. "Bye dad love you!"

The bus doors hissed signaling it was the stop at Chilton.She and Rory hopped off the bus and went separate ways.

"Where's my gift missy."Tristan cooed walking next to the girl who laughed and pulled out his bracelet causing the jacket to lift revealing her bracelet next to the friendship one with lane and Rory.

"Wow you gotta secret lover?"He joked taking his and slipping it on his wrist.

"yeah their names and Lance and Robert."She joked and Tristan caught on sarcastically laughing.

"what time did you want me to be here there?"he asked his girlfriend who thought for a moment.

"whatever time you want just call me before you leave."she smiled and he smiled back looking down at her and placed a kiss on her lips.

"Nope nope nope gotta get to class."She said and he groaned. "one more please!"He begged chasing after her desperately making her giggle as she ran away.

Angel walked downstairs after getting home from school and changing getting a cup of coffee so she could study peacefully.

She was met with Luke rambling to Lorelai about the festival.

"you guys are weird."She said and Luke glared at his daughter.Just then the bell of the diner dinged.

"Hey how's it going?"She asked and Lorelai muttered something to herself but then looked behind her seeing as Luke and Angel were staring at something.

"Rachel."

"Mom!"Angel shouted and sprinted to her wrapping her arms around her mother breathing in her scent. "hi honey."
