"What the hell!? The whole palace is falling apart!" Nakime was killed off by an unknown force and her death caused the entire infinity palace to collapse and be sent into the middle of nowhere in the dead of night. The air was cold... too cold. The air was still for all the other hashira to get ready for an attack and before anyone could react an unknown force came forward at what seemed like the speed of light. His speed was nothing compared to Muzan's and everyone had deep slashes in their back from the oncoming attack. Everyone was in immense pain and when the dust settled, they saw what was like another hashira with a sword and kimono. When the figure presented himself all the hashira could see was a demon slayer with 6 eyes, and an aura that was filled to the brim with bloodlust. The demon presented himself and said his name was Kokushibo and wanted to meet with someone among all the demon slayers. He calmly walked by everyone still in pain and found him, Tanjiro Kamada. Kokushibo took a look at those hanafuda earrings. Kokushibo was filled with rage and sadness and yanked them off of Tanjiro's ears causing even more pain and put one in his kimono and destroyed the other. Tanjiro was furious and went for the kill.

"Poor boy..." Kokushibo said and stopped Tanjiro's blade from reaching any further to his neck with just his fingers and turned the blade towards him stabbing him right in the stomach. "You have no idea how much pain you cause me, boy! These earrings caused me so much anger that I could just kill you in an instant!" Kokushibo stood up and inspected the other hashira lying motionless on the cold ground below. His presence made the other hashira, even the strongest ones fear him with every last cell in their body.

"Hm? It looks like we have more. Yet they are invisible, how interesting." Kokushibo said and turned the corner and could see a faint spark of electricity leave the ground. He observed the frequency of the dust coming from the ground and realized that there were five other demon slayers in his range. The first one attacked and before the sword touched his skin, Kokushibo grabbed the sword with all his might and snapped the sword in half. Zenitzu's disguise was broken and his sword was shattered by the monster before him.

"How is this even possible!" Zenitzu said dumbfounded that his sword was broken in half. "Forgive me master, but my lack of training led to my sword being broken and there is nothing I could have done!" Zenitzu said while crying his heart out and went to the other fallen demon slayers on the ground to tend to them. Inosuke, Kanao, Obanai, and Mitsuri still had their papers on their foreheads, but it didn't take long for Kokushibo to find them and with his bare hands snatched all the papers away and tore them. All were caught off guard and Kokushibo took away Obanai's eyesight and Mitsuri's left arm. Both fell to the ground in shock, yet Kanao and Inosuke kept the attack going and were quickly paralyzed by a harsh hit on the back of the neck knocking both of them out instantly.

"Do you see this brother? This is what true power is like, how weak Lord Muzan must have been to not even kill one of you during his battle. Now since you're all disposed of, I can easily finish off all of you." Kokushibo said with satisfaction in his voice. He grabbed for his sword and before he could reach it the hashira that were fighting Muzan rose slowly and looked toward Kokushibo with anger. Everyone's fighting spirit was at an all-time high and Kokushibo recognized it and saw that it didn't come anywhere close to his brother's level. He knew he was going to win and looked at all the hashira present and saw they all had manifested the demon slayer mark. Kokushibo's eyes were filled to the brim with excitement and had a slight smile on his face, he drew his sword which was covered in eyes all around. The hashira were fighting through the pain and stood at the ready and people like Gyomei and Muichiro recognized that their opponent was not a coward like Muzan, but an opponent that would face them head-on and would die in the sunlight if that's what it meant to finish off the demon slayers for good.

"The boy with those damn earrings is as good as dead" Kokushibo said with pride. "He's been impaled through the body with his own sword and is nearly on the brink of death. No way in hell is he ever going to recover from that!" All the hashira were furious and were getting ready to fight their most difficult opponent yet, one filled with rage from his past and will stop at nothing until everyone in the battle area is dead. This will be a battle that the demon slayers will never forget.
