I woke up for the first time in months with no headache. Rubbing my eyes, I rise from my bed, noticing the piercing sunshine which pokes through my window as the sun begins to rise. I check my phone, noticing no notifications of importance, and walk to the shower.

Once showered, I begin to do my makeup. As I sit by my vanity, I ponder on the previous night, frowning a little as I remember Lando's harsh words. I had never met such a pompous prick in my life, his only attribute admittedly being his looks, and I hope to avoid him for the rest of the Weekend.

By the time I regain my sense of reality, my makeup is done and it is time for me to go downstairs for breakfast. I exit my room promptly, admiring my simple outfit in the hotel mirror as I leave.

The breakfast hall is packed. I observe people dressed in various bright colours, somewhat like minions, running to-and-fro as they prepare for the day. I spot William, sat in a sea of navy and white outfits, chewing hastily on a sandwich.

"Good morning." I smile as I sit down, gaining a few nods and questioning looks from the team members around the table.

"You're in a far better mood than I expected, Ana, I'm glad. You left kinda quickly last night." Will smiles, though I can tell he is trying to extract a reason for my haste.

"Awful stomach ache, I told you. Though it didn't ruin my night whatsoever, I loved it!" I smile warmly, wishing to come across as genuine. Will nods hesitantly, resuming his conversation with a mechanic beside him.

I notice Franz Post, team principle of Alpha Tauri, walking towards our table; ready to do a team briefing.

"Good morning to you all. I will keep this brief. Week 1, results people, results. Free Practice 1 begins in three hours, and FP2 is at 1600 hours. Tomorrow, FP3 is at 1100 hours and Qualifying is at 1500 hours. We have made upgrades to the car, worked on the downforce, and it is in a position to be a challenger. Do not let us down." Franz states monotonously, spinning on his heel and walking off as quickly as he came.

I hold my breath, nervous for my brother and his team.

*Time skip, Qualifying the next day*

"Here's your paddock pass, and your Alpha Tauri pass." Will hands me my passes in a rush, eager to get to the garage as quickly as possible ahead of qualifying.

"You've got this." I smile, hugging him as I watch him run off down the paddock. Sighing, I look around. I spent most of yesterday in Hospitality, and had to admit that I was quite bored of it already. My eyes scan the paddock, the bright colours of everyone's uniforms giving me quite the headache.

"You are lost?" A French accent asks beside me, prompting me to turn quickly.

"Charles! Lovely to see you again." I smile, greeting Charles with a quick hug. He's wearing a tight red Ferrari fireproof, his race suit wrapped loosely around his torso, and I can't help but observe the outline of his abs through the tight top.

"Is there something on my shirt?" Charles chuckles, looking me up and down himself. I blush, rolling my eyes, as I choose not to play into his flirting.

"Are you looking forward to Qualifying?" I smile politely, innocently. He raises an eyebrow.

"Of course. This season is red darling." Charles winks, and I feel myself blush like a school girl. He's your classic example of dark and handsome, though in an entirely different way to Carlos. Charles jaw is sharp, his eyes brown and warm, his smile cheeky. His hair is neatly styled, and although he isn't exactly tall, his build is perfect.

"I'll keep an eye out for your little red car in that case, though know that my loyalties lie with Alpha." I wink back, deciding to play into his game. He smiles cockily, biting his lip.
