"Parang Ikaw," he whispered
she looked at him and asked "hm?" he started to blush and get embarrassed.
Fidel: "Wala"
Klay looked away from him, blushing then smiled.
Ibarra left the two alone and went elsewhere
Fidel: I apologize for calling you "Mujer libre" last time. I've just never met any woman who is as smart as you.
Klay: Thank you but apology not accepted.
Fidel looks at her confused and annoyed
Klay: There's something you have to do for me.
Fidel: Well, what is it?
Klay: You find out.
Klay smiles
Fidel: You-
Fidel sighs, failing to argue. He feels like he shouldn't do that especially not after he almost hit her the last time.
It started to drizzle. Klay and Fidel went to find Ibarra so that he could bring them back to his house.
Ibarra POV
After I left those 2 alone, I went to the flower field and picked some flowers for Maria Clara. As I finished picking some, I tie them up and wrap it bouquet style. When I finished wrapping it, I hear my name "Sir Ibarra!" "Ibarra!" as I feel the rain touch my hands. I quicky run to them seeing they're on the kalesa waiting for me.
30 minutes later
The rain has finally stopped while we were on our way back to the house. Ibarra comes into the house drenched in water from the rain. Klay and Fidel is not as drenched as Ibarra but they can manage.
10 minutes later
Ibarra comes out of his room wearing his outfit. "Maria Clara will be visiting today" Ibarra smiles as he remembers what Mang Adong said. He grabs the bouquet of flowers he got for her and went downstairs. He hears the voice of Maria Clara and immediately goes to her and gives her the flowers. Klay smiles at them watching this happen. Fidel now leads them to the dinning area. After everyone sat on their seat they began to eat and tell stories.
Klay looks at the window behind Maria Clara and sees a figure standing outside. She drops her spoon in surprise. Everyone looks at her and Ibarra asks if there's something wrong or if there's something he said that made her do that.
Klay replied: "Wala ho, nagulat lang po ako sa kulog, ang lakas po eh hahaha"
Fidel: "di ko namalayan na takot sa ka kulog Binibining Klay." he says looking at her teasingly.
Klay sarcastically chuckles at him. She askes for permission to leave the table for a while. Ibarra doesn't question why and lets her go but said to come back after a while. Klay grabs an umbrella and leaves the house. She walks towards the window thats behind Maria Clara and..
Klay: Padre Salvi?!
Padre Salvi: ...
