Pt. 31

3rd Person POV

"WHAT THE FUCKK" Jungkook yelled while Jimin was on the bed.

After their session they cleaned their mess in shock and decided to lock up the store early.

"I- I can't believe this" Jimin said observing his and Jungkook's pink string.

Jungkook was standing in front of Jimin and looked at their strings.

"This has to be something that should be in history books!" Jungkook exclaimed making Jimin giggle.

"But- What does it mean?" Jimin asked and Jungkook shrugged.

"I'm going to be honest I was mad at you and wanted to fuck you out of anger, but I wasn't expecting this to happen" Jungkook said making Jimin slap him.

"Nasty!" Jimin said making Jungkook smile.

"I mean it was true what the old lady said! She said that our connection must've grew stronger the first time, so maybe this time it allowed us to see each others strings" Jungkook said and Jimin grabbed Jungkook's pinky.

"Was yours also burning to the point that you didn't wanna be around me?" Jimin asked and Jungkook looked at him confusedly.

"Is that what happened earlier? Is that why you were avoiding me?" Jungkook asked and Jimin nodded.

"Yes..It was getting really painful. I'm sorry, but it was unbearable" Jimin said leaving a kiss on Jungkook's hand.

"It's okay, but next time tell me somethings wrong." Jungkook said and Jimin rolled his eyes.

"Like something like that is going to happen again." Jimin said sarcastically and Jungkook shook his head.

"I mean whenever anything wrong happens tell me" Jungkook said leaning down to kiss Jimin who fell backwards onto the bed.

Jungkook started to kiss him passionately.

It feels like they're really soulmates.

The destiny they were meant for.

This was something that felt so right.

Jungkook broke the kiss and admired Jimin's features.

Jimin did the same and they were lost in each other without realizing.

Jungkook intertwined their hands making their pinky's burn.

They both inhaled sharply and started to make out intensely.

After some time they were finally worn out and the sun started to set leaving them the best natural lighting from the outside.

They lean against the head board and held hands.

Jungkook messed with Jimin's string and admired his pinky.

"They're a physical object that only we can see right?" Jungkook asked and Jimin giggled.

"Yes? That's such an odd question" Jimin replied and snuggled into Jungkook's arm.

"I was just thinking..." Jungkook said getting the greatest idea ever.

"What if we tied them together? Like real soulmates? I mean it wouldn't be the real deal, but just to get the feeling" Jungkook said and Jimin smiled.

"My first and last soulmate" Jimin said sitting up more to get in a better position.

"Take that string and I'll do this one" Jungkook's aid and Jimin obliged.

One string over and under the other until it was tied together like a shoelace.

They smiled at the vibrant pink bow they just made with their strings.

"It's beautiful!" Jimin said kissing Jungkook.

They both happily stared at the strings.

"I love you" They both said in sync while looking each other in the eyes.

They felt complete..

They felt whole...

Then suddenly the strings pulled apart.

Jimin's and Jungkook's smile faded away.

The strings unknotted and floated in the air.

"Wow..I guess-" Before Jimin could finish his sentence.

Something sparked.

A line in between the floating ends connected the two.

Forming a full string.

A red string.

A deep crimson red string wrapped around their fingers.

They stared in shock and pulled their fingers away from each other.

Now noticing there was a red string attached to one another.

"Jung-"
"Jim-"

Both speechless.

Both astonished.

They never knew something like this could happen.

Especially to someone with a broken string.
