A/N: I hope you guys are enjoying the story so far! This was such a fun chapter to write.

(Fred: is it me? Am I the drama?)

Everyone was having breakfast in the Great Hall one morning when Seamus Finnegan ran over to the table, "he's been sighted! He's been sighted!"

"Who?!" Ron asked in fright.

"Sirius Black!"

Emilia shared a worried look with Harry and Hermione, while Ron and the twins eagerly leaned in when Seamus laid the Daily Prophet flat on the table.

Emilia leaned over to read the headline, "wait- Dufftown? But that's not far from here!"

"You don't think he'd come to Hogwarts, do you?" Neville Longbottom asked faintly.

"With Dementors at every entrance? Surely not," Emilia answered, trying to reassure the younger boy, and herself if she was honest.

"He's already slipped past them once, hasn't he? Who's to say he won't do it again?" Seamus replied and everyone was silent after that, minds racing with dread.

A few weeks later, Emilia stood in the entrance courtyard with at least half of the students from the school as they prepared to descend onto Hogsmeade for the first time that year.

Harry unfortunately had to stay behind at the school because he hadn't gotten his permission form signed by the Dursleys, and like Ron and Hermione, Emilia hated leaving him behind.

She'd gone up to Remus' office before breakfast to ask him to talk to Harry, to get to know him a bit while everyone was at Hogsmeade, and he gave her one of his kind, reassuring smiles and told her that he would be delighted to get to know him after all these years.

"And enjoy your date, but not too much, please. Giving you the talk once before was embarrassing enough for both of us," Remus warned but there was a teasing twinkle in his eye, and Emilia just rolled her eyes goodnaturedly and waved goodbye to him.

Emilia walked down to the village with Lee and Beth since Katie, Angelina and Alicia had already gone ahead to look for some new Quidditch equipment, and the twins had gone straight to Zonko's.

Of course, Lee and Beth both teased Emilia mercilessly about her meeting Roger Davies, but their ribbing actually helped to ease her nerves a bit, since she'd never gone on a date before.

They walked her to the Three Broomsticks and she went in, and then she heard Roger calling her from a booth in the corner. He had two fresh Butterbeers in front of him and he stood up to give her a hug when she reached the table.

"I hope you don't mind that I went ahead and ordered, I just remembered you saying over the summer that you couldn't wait to have Butterbeer again," he admitted sheepishly.

Emilia smiled at him gratefully, "no, it's nice actually, I appreciate it."

Emilia lost track of time as she sat talking to Roger, she wasn't sure how long they'd been there, or how they'd ended up sitting closer and closer on the bench as time went on. They talked about everything, from school to friends, and from books they'd read to Quidditch, the conversation just flowed so easily, and it couldn't have been better.

He grew quiet then and when Emilia asked him if he was alright, he nodded and explained, "I'm great actually, I really enjoy your company. Like, I really do."

Emilia blushed as he brushed a strand of hair back from her face and tucked it behind her ear. He left his hand there and looked down at her lips, "would it be very forward of me to kiss you?"
