Living With Mommy!

First Day Pt.2

Raeveon's POV

Once I get into the building I instantly shiver from fear. Why do I have to go here, why can't I just go to daycare instead? I go to the front office and sit in one of the waiting chairs, patiently waiting to receive my schedule. Soon a nice-looking lady comes out and smiles at me, "Raeveon I presume?"

"Yes, that is me," I say with a wobbly smile.

"Here is your schedule for this semester, feel free to come by the office if you need help."

"Okay, thank you." I get up, walk out of the office, and head to my first class. I get stopped by an old bully.

"Hey, Mikayla! It's nice to see you again, I didn't know you went here!" She puts a hand on my shoulder and I flinch.

"I-its Raeveon now, not that other name." I stutter.

She starts to squeeze my shoulder tightly. I wince at the pain and ask her to stop. "Stop? Alright, fine." She says as she lets go. "Only since I have class. Don't worry, we're friends now, MIKAYLA." She walks away and go to the bathroom to hide.

I stay there for the first class, about 45 minutes. I'm about to walk out of the bathroom when I hear a familiar voice. Is that mommy? I walk out and see her, she turns around and we make eye contact. I wave and she looks the other way. I get upset and walk to my next class.

I walk in and the teacher greets me. "Hi, you must be the new student, right?" I nod. "Well sit over there in the corner and I'll get started and take attendance." He says warmly. I make my way over to the corner and who sits next to me? My bully, Micah!! You know, the girl from earlier? I instantly turn the other way.

"Mikayla, is that you again? Wow, I didn't know that we had a class together!" Just as I'm about to respond Rose walks into the classroom. I go into baby space, seeing her, and whine. Both Rose and Micah notice. "Did you just whine like a fucking baby?" Micah laughs. "I knew you were a pussy but I didn't know you were a complete baby! Tsk, you dress like one too." I ignore her and make grabby hands for Rose, starting to tear up. Just as this happens, Micah takes her phone out to film me, making me nervous, so I start crying. Rose looks at me with pitiful eyes and turns away to talk to the teacher. I cry harder and the teacher stops Rose and asks if I need to go to the counselor's office. I nod and run out of the room. Eventually, I look for the counselor's office, and of course...I get lost. I come out of my little space and head back to class, sitting on the opposite side of the room, away from Micah.

Time skips to the end of the day.

I head out of the school after Rose texts me and says that she's here. I hop into Rose's car, silent.

"Hey baby, how was school?"

"How was school? Are you seriously asking ME? I should be asking you! Also, my old bully, Micah, goes here so that's just fantastic!"

"Well, baby mommy has a secret. I own this entire school district." She says and my jaw drops.

"What?! What do you mean you own this entire school district??"

"Exactly that. I work with the mayor of this city. I wasn't expecting to come to your new school today, especially today, but I was called in. But back to the whole bully situation, is she bothering you? Do you guys have any classes together?"

"No." I lie.

"Good, now let's go home."

We arrive at our house and I climb out of the car. "You would tell me if you get bullied, right hun?" Rose questions.

"Yeah of course." I lie again. I can never tell anyone. Not even her.
