Lee stirred awake on the couch as the morning sun blazed through the large window of their room. He yawned as he felt a heavy weight on his chest and smiled, looking down at Carley asleep, a small amount of drool present on her lips. Lee chuckled as he kissed her on the head and carefully eased himself up, gently lowering her down to the sofa as she smiled in her sleep.

Lee looked towards the window seat to see Clementine was no longer there.

"Clementine?" He whispered, looking down at where he had sat and realising the radio was gone as well. He started to panic as he walked through the house.

"Clementine?" He called louder, looking in each room except Ben's that was still locked.

He yelled as he got to the bottom of the stairs:

"CLEMENTINE?"

Y/N woke with a sudden jolt as he heard Lee yelling. He noticed the fire was still burning and he'd left the shovel in all night, the base of it was red hot.

He stood, placing his crossbow over his shoulder and his gun behind his back and headed towards the yelling.

Lee reached the open back and panicked more, stepping outside and yelling:

"CLEMENTINE!!!! YELL IF YOU CAN HEAR ME!"

Lee walked around the yard in a panic as he noticed Clementine's hat on the ground near the shed and rushed to pick it up.

"Oh god" he cried, yelling again at the top of his voice: "CLEMENTINE!!!"

He heard a radio crackle from outside the yard and ran through the back gate, over to the radio that sat next to a pile of rubbish and bent over to pick it up.

"Ahhh" he screamed in pain as he shot back and stomped on the head of the walker that emerged from the pile of rubbish. He felt a sting and turned his hand over to look at it. His eyes widened in horror.

"No... no no no"

Lee whimpered in terror as he looked down at the bite mark on his hand.

"Lee?"

Lee turned to see Y/N standing there puzzled. Lee had tears in his eyes as he held his bitten hand up. Y/N's eyes widened in realisation before he rushed forward, just as Kenny and the others emerged from the back yard.

"What's all this....."

"Y/N NO!" Carley screamed in shock, cutting off Kenny.

Lee roared in agony.

Y/N had ripped the machete from Lee's
belt, held his hand tight as Lee pulled away, and proceeded to hack the machete into Lee's wrist.

Lee roared again in pain as Y/N hacked a second time, a third fully severing his hand.

"BOY WHAT THE FUCK?" Kenny screamed as Carley balled her eyes out, Omid, Christa and Ben watching in shock.

Y/N grabbed a relatively clean towel from the ground and wrapped Lee's stump to try and slow the blood spurting out.

"He was bit, get him inside. We've got to stop the bleeding" Y/N yelled, placing pressure on the stump as Kenny and Omid rushed forward, taking Lee on each side as shock started to kick in and Lee's legs wobbled.

Y/N walked backwards, keeping pressure on the wound as Omid and Kenny practically dragged Lee towards the house.

They managed to get him into the lounge and on the couch. Carley screamed at Y/N through her tears: "What have you done?"
