sasuke had received a text from his beloved blond boyfriend. naruto wanted him to come over because he missed him, sasuke chuckled quietly when reading the message, he had saw the blond just yesterday when walking him home after their classes.

of course, they had to sneak glances at each other, they just couldn't help themselves.

nonetheless, sasuke just slipped on his usual doc martens, smiling as there was still paint chips all over the tips of his shoes. he had black ripped jeans on and the shirt he just recently bought at the mall with naruto a few weeks ago. the black shirt with moon sowed in white. it was naruto's idea for him to wear that outfit. he grabbed a coat, taking note that it was a bit chilly and the sky darkened over with grey clouds.

sasuke was more than fine with the sun disappearing, he easily burned with his pale skin. and besides, the only sun he really needed was naruto and his beautiful smile. his smile was contagious.

sasuke hummed to himself as he finally left his home, shouting out a 'goodbye' to his older brother, closing the door behind him and leaving. he walked to naruto's house, his feet tapping the pavement as he was in a good mood. the mere thought of his boyfriend set his heart beating rapidly.

he was in love. he knew he was. but it wasn't the right moment to say it. their feelings could be parallel still. they may have crossed paths and fell for each other, but who's to say that naruto will love him back? what if he needs more time? they haven't even kissed, so how could naruto truly know his feelings?

so, sasuke settled for what they had. it would savor every moment. he fell for the blond and he fell hard. he tripped into the trap of love, but it came so easily when thinking of the blond.

"sasuke! you've finally made it!"

sasuke blinked, coming back into reality. he saw the very smile he fell in love with. there naruto stood, outside his shabby apartment with the brightest smile.

who needed the sun when someone like naruto was on this earth?

"i hope i didn't keep you waiting for too long." sasuke said, giving a soft smile.

naruto wrapped his arms around sasuke, trapping him into a hug. sasuke didn't hesitate to hug him back. it didn't matter if naruto doesn't love him -yet- all that mattered to sasuke was the blond staying in his life. all that mattered to sasuke is that they would continue to cross paths instead of becoming parallels again.

"come on!" naruto laughed, "we have a date planned."

sasuke was confused, they didn't plan anything for today. he slowly began to internally panic. trying to keep a cool exterior, as he began to think back to their many conversations. he even tried slowing them down in his head to see if he could catch the blond talking about a date. or, what if when they were face timing and sasuke went blank and just lovingly looked at naruto through the camera and not catch a single thing the male said. it's happened before, so he wouldn't put it past himself to accidentally ignore the eager blond.

"we had a date?"

sasuke tensed up, freezing on the spot as he let that question slip out of his mouth. after all, he was just over thinking it and he managed to let a terrible question slip out. naruto will for sure get mad at him, he knows it. he would be mad if they planned a date -that he knows about- and naruto would forget about it or not remember.
