It's no one's surprise that atsushi had a difficult childhood, the agency knew he was abused but they all thought he was fine
How could they think anything else when he always wore a smile...

"Has anybody seen Atsushi" Kunikida asked wondering why he's late
No answer
"Anybody at all" kunikida asked aggravated that he was late... again
Lately atsushi has been showing up to work late, skipping missions and being very quiet
"Nope" the whole agency pretty much said
(I wonder if he's ok I should go make sure everything is ok) Kunikida thought to himself
Just as he asked himself that Atsushi came through the door and he looked like he just got attacked by a animal, his hair was a mess, his clothes weren't put on properly, and he had bags under his eyes (looked like he hasn't slept in days)
"Sorry I'm late, some 'things' happened this morning" Atsushi said sounding very tired
"It's fine, but are you okay you look like a mess. You should go try and freshen up Atsushi"Kunikida said
"Yes Kunikida" Atsushi replied and went to go to the bathroom to get himself fixed up
-sushi roll pov-
I go to the bathroom and try to fix myself up, but there are lot of things on my mind
I fix my appearance, I fix my hair, put my clothes on correctly and wash my face with water
I was about to leave the bathroom but then I accidentally hit my arm on the sink
"Shit, ahh" I say in the lowest voice I can
"That fucking hurt" I say to myself, I pick up my sleeve to reveal multiple cuts and bruises, some being recent some being old
*Damn I shouldn't have cut myself in the morning there is still fresh blood coming out from the wounds* I think to myself
"Atsushi, are you okay you've been in there for a while" I hear Kunikida yell at me
"Sorry I'm g-going right n-now" I yell back
I tried to wrap up my arm the best I can with the bandages that was already on my arm, then I put down my sleeve
I come out of the bathroom and I get to work on the paper Kunikida gave me
