Chapter 6-A Late Night Talk And A Workout

I woke up in a entirely different room.I looked over to my side and saw Maddie.I also noticed that her room was a mess.There was popcorn everywhere,empty bowls and cups all over the place and pillows thrown into random spots.The memories from last night came rushing back,the call and how Maddie comforted me.I owed her big time.

I got up cautiously.I found the broom and dustpan in a random closet and then started to clean the mess of popcorn.I finished that and then started to grab all the bowls and cups.I put them all in the dishwasher.I would wash them in a second.I grabbed the pillows and put them back where they were suppose to go.I then went back to where the dishwasher was.Maddie had a pretty big dorm room.Way bigger than mine.

I started to wash the dishes,that was until I heard a yawn.She was awake."Wow,you really managed to clean up the mess"she laughed as she sat up."Yeah,its the least I could do.You really helped me,yesterday"I turned around and gave her a smile.I then turned back around to continue washing the dishes."Your my friend.I'll help you no matter what"she answered with sincerity.I smiled at that.

"Well I should get going"I said after finishing with the dishes."Aw already"she pouted playfully."Yeah"I laughed."We got to do this more often though"she said as she held the door open for me."Yeah we really should.Well bye"I said as I exited her room."Bye"she gave me a smile and then closed the door.

I walked back to my dorm and opened the door.Vincent was there.I picked out a random outfit and then took a brisk shower.I threw on my outfit which consisted of a training bra,shorts and my converse.I decided to keep my hair out of the way so I put it in a pony tail.

I came out of the bathroom and decided to explore the campus a bit more.I closed the dorm door and then started to walk around.I walked until I found a outside area.It was very fenced in but at least it was peaceful.I decided to exercise a bit since I was in the proper clothes to do so.I started to run,back and forth.I did this for a while.I then took a breather.After that,I did some toe touches,sit ups and push ups.I did this for about 10 minutes.I started to do some jumping jacks too.Then I started to run again.It was honestly pretty relaxing and good for you.

It got my mind off everything that was bad."Well hey Quinn"I heard Sean's voice."Hi"I greeted him."Damn your pretty athletic"he laughed."Thanks I guess"I smiled."I brought a couple of bottles of water.Want one?"he offered."Yeah that would be great"I accepted.He tossed me a bottle and I caught it effortlessly."Thanks"I said and then took a swig of the water."Your welcome"he smiled."Want to help me practice for football?"he asked."Yeah sure,I got nothing better to do anyways"I answered honestly.

We started to do a competition to see who could do the most squats,this helps the lower body.I ended up winning that one.Then we did some sprints,for speed and acceleration.We took a quick water break and then continued.We did a push up competition but he beat me by two push ups.We did some workouts for the abs too.He ended up having to take his shirt off because it was that hot.After all that,we collapsed on the grass.

"Now that was a workout"he said as he took a breathe."You should really try out for a sport,Quinn.Your pretty fit for it"he added."No thanks.I can do some gymnastics though"I grinned."Show me"he demanded playfully.I got up from the grass."What should I start with?"I asked."Anything"he answered and sat up.I started off with a simple cartwheel.I then followed with some flips and splits.I ended it with a Ariel."Damn your mega fit"he said as I ended it."Thanks I guess"I laughed.

After that we went back to our dorms.I opened the door and saw Vincent with a angry expression on his face."Whats got you angry"I said with in a cheerful tone."I cant believe you.Maddie is your friend,how could you steal Sean from her?!"he yelled at me.Okay what the actual hell."What?I never stole Sean.We just worked out together,I only helped him practice for football practice nothing else"I gave him my 'I'm done with your shit' face."Crap"he mumbled."How did you even find out?"I raised my eyebrow at him.

"Victoria took a few pictures of you guys.She labeled it saying that you were a slut because of stealing me and Sean from her and Maddie.She basically sent it to the whole school"he explained.Great,Lilly and now Victoria.I groaned.I grabbed my phone and dialed Maddie instantly."Let me talk to her"Vincent said.Vincent ended up talking to Maddie.He managed to convince her about what had really happened and then I talked to Maddie.I told her to tell everyone else about it,she told me that she was already doing so after that I ended the call.

"We're totally getting revenge"I mumbled."Now,that's music to my ears"Vincent smirked."I gotta ask you something but let me shower cause I stink"I said.I showered quickly and then threw on my pajamas.I came out of the bathroom and saw Vincent sitting on my bed holding a mug of hot cocoa."Can I get some hot cocoa?"I asked with some puppy eyes.He laughed."I left a mug of it on your nightstand"he pointed to the mug."Yay"I cheered and got my mug.I sat down on my bed.

"Ask away"he said with a smile."I want to know more about this Victoria chick"I said going straight to the point. Immediately the playful atmosphere disappeared.Vincent's smile turned into a serious face."She's one of my ex girlfriends.Victoria and I had lasted for 2 years.But there was always something off about her.She acted like a bitch to my friends when I wasn't around and she was mega clingy.I caught her cheating on me.I walked in on her giving a guy a blow job.That's when it all was over for us.She obviously wants me back but I want nothing to do with her.She's also out to get you because of the whole kissing dare that we had"he explained.I took a sip from my hot cocoa.

I had completely forgotten about the kiss up until now."Sorry"he continued talking."For what"I said in confusion."For believing that bitch and for taking your first kiss like that"he sighed and made eye contact with me."It's okay I would have believed Victoria too if I were you and don't worry about the stupid kiss,it doesn't matter anyways"I gave him a reassuring smile."But don't all girls want their first kiss to be perfect?"he asked with a look of complete look of confusion."My first kiss is the least of my worries"I said taking a sip of my hot cocoa."Well that takes some guilt off"he sighed in relief.I chuckled at him.

"Well good night Vincent,thanks for the hot cocoa"I gave him a playful wink and then put our mugs in the dishwasher."Your welcome Quinn.Good night"he winked back.I laughed at him.He turned off the lights and went to his bed.I was smiling uncontrollably but I didn't know why.I shook it off and got under my blanket.I ended up falling asleep after 10 minutes.

(A/N: Sorry for the shortish chappy.I don't really like this chapter much cause it was a bit dull but I promise you things will get more interesting.So again sorry for the crap chapter,I kind of had a bit of writers block.Anyways what do you think of Vincent and Quinn's little talk?)
