Chapter 23-Mondays Had Me Like

I woke up to whip cream all over my face and a laughing Vincent right next to me.I wiped the whip cream away from my eyes."What the fuck?"I asked glaring at him."Damn first time I hear you say fuck"he says smirking.I swear to god.I put some of the whip cream from my face onto my finger.I smeared it all over his nose."Quinn,that's not how it works.I prank you.You can't just use my prank against me"he says wiping the whip cream off."Sucks for you cause I don't follow those rules"I said as I used my blanket to wipe off the rest of the whip cream.

I pushed him away from my bed and then got up."Quinn.Can we still be friends?"he asked.Friends that's what he saw me as."Being friends with your ex is like keeping in touch with your kidnapper"I said and then closed the bathroom door on him.I sighed and then took a shower.I put on ripped up black jeans,a black sweater that was oversize on the sleeve area and my black combat boots.I let go of my hair and curled it.I added a black beanie to the outfit.I did a natural look for makeup and added my signature pink lipstick.I then did the rest of my morning routine.

I exited the bathroom.Vincent was already dressed."All of us are meeting up at the greenhouse.Are you coming?"he asked."No I have places to be.Tell Blair to arrange another one for tomorrow"I said as I put my phone in my back pocket."Let me guess you're gonna hang out with that new kid"he said."No actually and his name is Jake"I said."See you later"I said and walked away to the consular office.I entered and saw Ms.Fisher's kind smile.

"Good morning"I said smiling."Good morning my darling please take a seat"Ms.Fisher said keeping that kind smile of hers.I sat down and waited for her to talk."I looked up the records.Lilly has a very rebellious record and you have a pretty clean one so the possibility of what you said is very true.I showed the headmaster this and he said that it would shorten your time here.Because you see honey once you come here you still have to do some time"Ms.Fisher explained.Less time here that sounded great.I nodded at her to show that I understood.

"Is anything else bothering you?"she asked."Well my parents are terrified of me because of what I supposedly did"I said with a sigh."Oh that's terrible.I will be sure to contact them and tell them that you didn't do this crime"Ms.Fisher said."Sounds good to me"I said smiling."Good that's what I like to see"she said referring to my smile."Well you are allowed to go now honey"Ms.Fisher said smiling.I got up and exited the office.Finally things we're getting better for my future.

Then I bumped into someone.I looked up and saw Jake."Watch where your-oh sorry Quinn"he said scratching the back of his neck."Its fine.I honestly should watch where I'm going"I said laughing."So your ditching today?"he asked."Yup,wanna join me?"I asked."Yeah I'll gladly join you"he saids chuckling.I walked until we got to the outside area."You said you liked Lacrosse,show me"I said and handed him the equipment needed to play."Alright"he said with a smirk.He showed me some of his moves and tricks.

I gotta admit he was pretty good."So now that I showed you.Its time for you to show me some of your soccer moves"he saids smirking."Alright"we went over to the supply closet.I put the lacrosse things in the supply closet and got a soccer ball.I started to simply show him some kicks and then I got to the big guns.I showed him my impressive foot work,how well I worked with the ball between my legs and of course my incredible tricks.I playfully bowed when I was done.I heard him clapping.

I laughed at that."Damn your outstanding at the sport"he said smiling."Thanks you're pretty good at lacrosse too"I smiled back."So other than that and partying what else to you do here.Well my roommate and I like to play pranks on each other.Lets just say I woke up to a face of whip cream today but I got him back"I said smirking."Whats your roommates name?"he asked."Vincent Rivera,why?"I asked.Instantly his smile faded."I used to be his best friend until what happened to him.I has totally forgotten that he came here!"Jake mumbled.Well things have just gotten even more complicated.

"Do you know why he's in here for?"Jake asked."Yeah,don't ask me why or how I know cause I don't want to talk about it"I said sighing."I need to talk to him.Can you take me to where he might be?"Jake asked."Sure"I sighed and led him back to the dorms.Great I was developing feelings for my ex's best friend.Note my sarcasm.I went inside the dorm and saw Vincent in there on his phone.I snatched his phone away and he gave me a glare."I have someone here that needs to talk to you"I said and put his phone on his nightstand."Fine"he said keeping a glare on me.Jake came in and Vincent's death glare turned to Jake.

I exited the room and closed the door but I made sure to press my ear against the door.What can I say curiosity got the best of me.Now lets see what happens...
