"Hey" he calls softly and I turn to face him.

He's graze shifts from mine to Liam before back to me again.

"Hey" I say weakly,

"I must've stumbled over something" he joked, while I remain silent.

Is he having a thought that I and Liam must be dating? If that's the case I'm feeling uneasy.

"Yo,what's up?" Liam finally sees the need to act nice.

A friendly handshake and smile was all they'd before Liam attempts a spoonful of he's lunch.

"Nice meeting you again,Selina" he says before leaving as soon as a call comes in.

I remain quiet for a while before Liam breaks the silence.

"He's a licensed Doctor" he chews on he's food.
"He must have been invited for him to come here" he finishes,

"Ohh" nothing was left to say.

I had no reason to argue knowing the fact that Allen Miller must be around he's late twenties or early thirties.

Thinking about it a few more I'm subconsciously calculating our age gap. And is huge.

"I keep bumping into him this days" I childishly whine to Liam.
"Is that a good sign?" I ask, throwing my head back.

"He's giving you those feelings of butterflies?" Liam smiles, and I hide my face.

"Crazy ones" I pout.

It feels nice bonding with someone that's not actually boyfriend for the first time in my nineteen years of life.

"Don't get them yet if it's only coincidence" he advices and I nod.

"My mom would be baking this Saturday,it will mean a lot if you came." Liam says, while I swallow down my food in surprise.

"Hmmmm?" I asked,choked.

"I don't know,a lot of my friends love her cakes"
"And you seem nice so I wouldn't reconsider asking you to come over" he rests he's weight on the plastic table.

"I don't know" I drag,looking around out of habit.

"Okay maybe another time" he smiles

"Yeah, sure" I say,my fingers playing with my fork.

I wished I got some time to know Allen Miller more than what my perky mind knows about him.

He was here now,and the funniest thing about everything is the fact he doesn't spend a normal time. It's either we're both in a hurry or am the one pushing he's persistent spirit away.

I sigh,

Knowing he was a doctor didn't throw me over the edge, cause I knew he'd be brilliant to put he's whole shit together the way he has the couple of times have met him.

Thinking about all of these amuses me cause I never thought I'd be attracted to a much older person above the range of 3-5 years gap.

"You drive" Liam calls me out my trance.

"Yes,No" I smack my lips.
"I didn't come with a car,but I could drive if it was a life or death something" I giggled,

"I'm taking this driving lessons and I think I'm getting the heck of it" I shrugged.

"Ohh that's nice" he praises,
"I could drop you off tho" he suggests,as I pull myself backwards on the chair to have enough space for standing up.

"That's so nice, really. Buh I could literally walk on my own" I politely say before walking off to pay for my lunch.
