Camp Halfblood, Long Island, New York

"Jason... I swear to the gods that if you bump into anything else, I will banish you to the depths of Tartarus," Nico grumbled when Jason bumped into a dusty table, "and I am saving that fate for Samuel," he grits his teeth.

Sam was one of his brothers, newer to Camp Half-blood. Samuel and he disagreed about their bedding arrangements at lunch, since Nico had been the only one in the Hades cabin for so long, he made the bed chamber all his, he was making Samuel sleep in the living area.

"Maybe you shouldn't have drawn your blade...." Leo said, and Nico glared at him, "O-kay... sorry I spoke," Leo and Jason exchanged a look like he was overreacting a little. Nico was just used to being the only Hades at Camp, he wouldn't show weakness to his siblings, and they wouldn't use him as a doormat.

"Are you sure my Sword is in here?" Nico asked.

"Yeah, Chiron always puts contraband in here because everyone is so afraid of the Oracle... did um... did they move her?" Leo looked around for the skeleton. She wasn't in her chair.

"Nico, just get your sword, and let's get out of this place," Jason crossed his arms. He wasn't afraid... he didn't like the room vibe. Nico sighed and spotted his sword. He walked over and grabbed the handle.

"What, Jason?" Nico sighed when he felt a presence behind him. He turned around to be met by the Oracle of Delphi.

   "Humanity fades, a desperate plea,
Gods crave power, blind they are.
Extinction looms, shadows devour,
Evolution's dance in this fateful hour.

   Genders shift, creatures evolve,
Demi-gods rise, problems to solve.
Friends and foes, both old and new,
In this chaos, a destiny to pursue.

Nico, son of shadows, destiny's rod,
Shall birth a god, ordained by a higher god.
Through the young deity, salvation unfurls,
For the demigods, the fate of the worlds."

The three boys screamed until the skeleton's eyes faded from green and collapsed to the ground. Nico's black eyes looked up into his friends' eyes, "Did...the old bat just say what think she did," he asked.
