Libber was fifteen.

She was fifteen and fighting a war for the fate of Ninjago.

A war that officially lasted over a year as of a few months ago.

Being the youngest in a war was definitely not the easiest thing in the world but she would live.Well, technically it's a war and she didn't actually know if she would live, but you get the gist.

Either way, Libber was the youngest and more often than not she was considered "morale booster" meaning that everybody saw her more like a little pet to get the weary soldiers happy than a soldier herself.

It also meant getting left out of a lot of missions.

Ah, but a lot of that was in the past, like she said, she's fifteen now. The adults had started to take her more seriously after she went on a few successful missions.

Now she was waiting in the briefing room with everybody else. Wu had called a meeting to order because there was something special going on apparently.

"Alright everyone listen up!" The room settled.

There was only about half the alliance in here due to the rest being on missions. Even Ice was gone.

"No matter how many raids we stop the serpentine still have the upper hand in both numbers and overall strength. We need a move that'll cripple them and thanks to Calypso we may have just that."

"A few days ago she intercepted a message. Tomorrow, in the glacial barrens, there is going to be a hypnobrai general meeting with a war strategist. Now, I am aware that it is normally more pressing to get the general out of the way but this assignment will have a greater purpose."

"This general will be bringing with her a map that will display every single overworld serpentine base within the entirey of Ninjago. If we get this map we can coordinate strikes before the serpentine are even able to respond. We will have a huge advantage over them that could very well win us this war."

"However, this mission is based on stealth and overall craftiness so only our two most manipulative, tricky, and stealthy operatives will be going. Lightning and Garmadon."

"Aw yeah! Libber and Garm mission!" She hyped jumping to wrap her arm around the brunette's neck and pumping a fist in the air.

"Erm- yes." Wu relented. "This mission holds the key to this war you two. I am trusting you with the possible fate of Ninjago. The most important thing is that the elemental alliance gets this map. Understand?"

"Yep! Sure do boss man!" Libber saluted and Wu just sighed.

"The rest of you are on standby. Every elemental master will be returning tomorrow night so that as soon as we have the map we can begin our strikes immediately."

Murmurs went around the room along with some nodding.

"Alright then. Dismissed."

. . .

The next morning Libber woke up at the every-teenager's-dream-time of four in the morning to prepare.

She was always very quick about her routine, granted it wasn't that hard, she only owned about three outfits and only one of those really got used.

Dark blue pants that were similar to harem pants but with thick leather ankle cuffs to tie.

Her shirt was baggy with lighter colored- but still navy- sleeves that stopped just after her elbow with a bright yellow cuff where they met long fingerless gloves. The midriff part was almost the same midnight blue as her pants, not that you could really see it.
She wore sashes one crossed over the other that were bright yellow spiking into white similarly to her element and a waist sash that was the same.
