Me and Enzo just sit here eating this wonderful food in a relieving silence. Then Enzo just starts speaking.
"I looking into the ballet schools and there's one about 10 minutes from here,"
My eyes widened and I just look at him surprised.
"Omg really," he just nods and I jump out of my chair and hug him.
"Thank you thank you thank you," I just repeat to him well he just sits there stiff and I realize I just jumped out at him. I was about to let go when his arms went around me and he hugged me back.
This sorta felt nice, I then just lean in and put my head on his shoulder. He then lets go and I sit back in my chair.
"Your welcome," he says well giving me a small smile, we then just sit in silence we'll we eat are food.
"So when does it start," he then hummed in confusion well he was teaming abuts out of his food.
"Ballet school, when does it start," I ask him
"Oh the third day after school starts, which reminds me you start school in two days,"
"Cool," after eating we just went back to are rooms and said good night to each other.
I then go to my big ass closet and get some pjs

I then just turn off all the lights and head to my bed and get under the covers and just let sleep take me.
A few hours later ⚠️⚠️
"You ruwend my ~hic~ life you ~hic~ wigwl bitch,"
"Mommy please," I cried as my biological mother cornered me against the wall with a knife in her hand.
That day was the first time my biological mother laid a finger on me

I wake up panting and covered in sweat, I sit up I put my hands up my face.
It was so long ago I don't know why those memories still bother me . I run my fingers down my hair and close my eyes and sigh to calm my self down. I get out of bed and head towards my door I crack the door and peek my head through.
When I don't see anyone I leave my room and head towards the kitchen. Once I make it I turn on the lights and get a cup from the water.
I sit down on island and just take sips as my mind wonders.
I then feel a hand touch my shoulder make my flinch pretty hard. My mind was pretty out of it, I then look back to see Enzo there in a muscle shirt and some sweats. I never noticed how much tattoos he had.
"Hey, why you up so late,"
"I just couldn't sleep," I don't really tell him the truth, I couldn't sleep so half truth. I then look down at my cup of coffee water.
Enzo then sits down next to me and just looks at me and says.
"Hey I know I'm not really the ideal parent, as or even a parent at all but you know,"he stops then scratches the back of his neck then speaks again.
"Just know Angel if you need anyone to talk to or just for someone to be there and listen..... I'm here for you ok,"
I give him a genuine smile, " thank you Enzo,"
He nods in return and we just sit in a comfortable silence for a moment. I open my mouth then close it, I think Enzo caught that slight movement so now his attention is towards me.
"Umm.... I still have memory's from my biological parents when I was younger, not good ones."
I look down and fiddle with my fingers "I guess they still bother me from time to time, so I sorta have nightmares"
I don't look at Enzo and keep my eyes on my fingers, he then puts his finger under my chin and lifts my head. Then puts a hand on my shoulder
" hey it's ok Angel we all have are fare share of demons. Just now if you every need me or have another nightmare, you can always come to my room,"
In that moment everything was quiet. " ok kid it's time to go to sleep now ok,"
I nodded and put my dishes away and we went back to are rooms. When we got there I put my hand on the doorknob but I didn't open it. I then looked back at Enzo and saw him almost half way into his room.
"Umm... Enzo,"
"Yeah," I then nervously twisted my fingers
" I- wel- I was - you know probably wondering if I could sleep with you tonight," I then looked up at him and he had a small smile on his
"Come on kid," he motions with his head to fallow him, I do and I go inside of his room.
And wow he had a really nice room, he goes towards the bed and fixes the blankets a little and puts two pillows on each side.
"You can sleep on that side," I walk over there and get under the blankets and he does the same.
I sniff as tears start to come to my eyes no one, not even the people that have taken me in done this for me in.
Enzo must have heard me, since he pulls me in and puts my head on his chest, and starts to stroke my hair.
And I then start full on sob, fully soaking his shirt.
"Shhhhh, your alright kid, your ok,"
"Tha- thank y-y-you Enzo," he then looks down at me.
"For what,"
"For just being here for me, your not so bad after all," I smile up at him and he smiles down at me. After a while we just both fall asleep.
