SEKAI TAIKAI

Daniel and Johnny informed their students that they had to do a presentation for people from the Sekai Taikai. only then would they tell them if they would be able to enter. But this meant they would be going against Cobra Kai, who was also trying to enter.

"Dude, did you catch that video I sent you of last year's Sekai Taikai?" Eli asked Miguel. "Who knew people could kick that high" Miguel answered "or that hard" Robby added. "Dude, seriously" Eli agreed. "That's why it's the biggest competition in the world." Y/n retorted walking up to the three boys with Sam, Mitch, and Chris.

"Last year's winners did a car commercial in Taiwan," Eli informed. "Imagine being in a commercial. What would you do with that kind of money?" Mitch wondered "buy a yacht with a hot tub. Fill it with smarties and hotties." Chris answered and did a little dance. Everyone laughed.

"Alright, alright. Let's not get ahead of ourselves" said Daniel as he, Johnny, and Chozen walked out of the house. "Remember, Cobra Kai is gonna do everything they can to get a spot. And if they win this time, kids all over the world are gonna have to deal with the same crazy crap you guys have gone through."

"But if we win, we can show the world how to stop them." Said Sam. "First you must prove you can compete with best," Chozen said. "To do that, you have to be better than the best. Which is why we're gonna kick your asses into high gear." Johnny said. "Sensei Lawrence, Sensei Toguchi, and I are gonna get you ready for the presentation. Come on. Let's get warmed up" Daniel instructed.

"Go! Move those asses!" Johnny exclaimed. Y/n, Anthony, and Robby all walked together. They put their backpacks down and began to warm up. They did breathing exercises as they brought their palms together. Y/n watched Robby look at Miguel and Johnny. "Heard you two were on good terms now," Y/n said. "Yeah, we fought it out," Robby said with a small chuckle.

"I'll be back," Robby said and went over to Miguel and Johnny. Y/n nodded. She and Anthony continued to do their exercises before stretching.

Daniel, Johnny, and Chozen called them over to the sparring deck where they would lay out the plan.

"Our students start with basic movements. We use chores to create muscle memory." Daniel said signaling towards Bert and Nate who sanded the deck. "Only once they have that down, they can master their defense." The Sekai Taikai people and Daniel watched Chozen, Mitch, and Chris.

"Show me sand the floor!" Chozen exclaimed. He went for a kick and Mitch and Chris blocked them. They then returned to their original positions. "Only after they master their defense, do we teach offense" Daniel lead them to Johnny, Robby, Miguel, and Eli.

"But with a badass twist" Johnny interjected "show them the screaming eagle. Ready?" said Johnny. "Ais!" The three shouted extending their hands out "Ais!" Miguel shouted. They did a jump kick and another move before returning to their starting position. Daniel bowed and Johnny put up a fist.

Daniel and Johnny took the people inside the house and talked to them a bit. "Our Okinawan style of karate has been handed down from generation to generation, going back 400 years" Daniel informed "Shrimpo Sensei. Love fishing, loved sake bombs. One day, strong wind, strong sun—" Johnny began but Daniel cut him off "Okay, the point of the story is that our dojo is steeped in rich history."

"That's right" Johnny agreed. "There's an old saying. To solve problems of the present, we must always look to the past." Said Daniel. "Exactly" Johnny agreed once more.

Y/n stretched before going in to kick a watermelon. Y/n grunted as she did a spin kick to the fruit. It broke in half sending pieces of the sweet fruit to the ground. "No fancy crap here. Our dojo is old school" said Johnny.
