"Don't fuckin' touch me!" Brooklyn yelled at Mir as he pushed her into the kitchen.
"You need to calm down yo."
"Calm down?" she sucked her teeth, "my father is bleeding out on the fuckin' couch, and you want me to calm down? Why the fuck is he not at the hospital?"
"He's fine, he don't need a hospital."
"Are you stupid?" Brooklyn rolled her eyes and held her hand out, "Where's your phone?"
He slapped her hand away, "You not gettin' my phone."
Brooklyn huffed and walked out of the kitchen to her father, seeing a girl wrap gauze around his shoulder.
Brooklyn walked up to her father and looked at his shoulder, "What the hell happened?"
He waved her off, "Get out of my face Brooklyn."
"Excuse me?" she sucked her teeth, "I'm trying to make sure you're straight."
Her father looked at her and shook his head, "You should've never been hanging around Mekhi, shit wouldn't of happened if you weren't making dumb ass decisions."
"So you blaming me for getting myself kidnapped? Are you serious?"
Her father nodded, "Yeah."
Brooklyn looked at her father and sucked her teeth. She looked at Mir before turning around and walking outside. Mir followed her out, closing the door behind him.
"Where you goin' Brooklyn?"
"Mind you're fuckin' business Mir," she turned around, "leave me the fuck alone."
"Come back inside."
She rolled her eyes, "Where's your keys?"
"Where you need to go?" he took his keys out of his pocket, "I'll take you."
"Do you not understand that I was kidnapped?" she crossed her arms, "shit, y'all clearly didn't fuckin' realize because it don't look like any of y'all called the cops."
