There are two types of rebels.
Mob, as you've seen with the Smiles,
and Liberty.
Liberty rebels are rebels who disagree with the Painite Authority's rules.
An example of one would be the Crystal Gems.
Liberty rebels are often manipulated by Mob rebels.
