The blue, Pearl-like gem got up, alarmed at the noise. The gem then formed water wings and attempted to fly away.

Attempted.

Rubellite was not a very mean gem, but the Celestial Book says 'A stern tone shall be rewarded only when used in moderation.'

So, following this rule, the bright red gem grabbed the cabochon by their lower leg, pulling her down.

"What do you want from me?!"

Rubellite's expression softened, while Indicolite walked towards the distressed gem, who had stopped struggling.

"This is a Lapis Lazuli from the Diamond Empire," Indicolite told Rubellite. She then looked the Lapis straight in the eyes. "You seen a Prasiolite around here?"

The terraformer nodded.

"Then where is it?"

Lazuli's voice was shaky. "She went to the terraformed part of the land; the land without trees."

Rubellite's grip loosened, the Diamond's gem flapping away briskly into the sky.

"We've got a long way to walk, but we'll manage."

Indicolite glanced at Rubellite before continuing to walk.
