"Lavender, are the Tanzanite and Jeremejevite flowers out yet?" Moss in Snow ("Moss") Jade asked. "I just got them out. Did you get the waterfruit?" Lavender Jade replied. "Of course I did! Where's Red?" Moss's voice was raised, as Lavender was halfway across the huge theater. "She said she was off to get the ignea berries. She'll be back soon." At that exact moment, Red Jade burst through the tall doors with her arms overflowing with tiny bright red berries. "I have amazing news!" She then proceeded to throw all of the berries into a bowl, obviously implying something phenomenal had just happened. "Painite 2 and Dusty Rose Diamond are coming to our concert!" Lavender almost dropped the heaping pile of flowers she was carrying. "Really? I'll have the pearls prepare the thrones!" Lavender set down the flowers on a huge platter before running backstage to yell at a bunch of pearls.
The performance was excellent, even if you asked the pickiest Jade. The way Lavender's high, piercing voice blended with Red's low, smooth voice was beyond stunning. And Moss could perfectly capture each note with such clarity and confidence to the point where it was enough to make a stubborn gem cry.
Now, let's see how this compares to a Rhinestone's definition of a good time.

At Club Safineia, Rhinestone was getting ready for a big party she was throwing. "PEARLS! C'mere!" She yelled. Soon many facility Pearls (like normal pearls, but public) came rushing in. She continued. "I need you to test the spotlight, you to put out the party favors, you to turn on the music, and the rest of you guys to greet the guests once they come in. Also, just a disclaimer...THIS PARTY WILL SOON BE MY ENTIRE REPUTATION! IT NEEDS TO BE PERFECT! Fuchsia Diamond and Painite 3 are coming." The Pearls bow in sync, then run to wherever they were told to. About half an hour later, a pearl came in. "Rhinestone? You're on." Rhinestone got off her chair and summoned a microphone from her gem, connecting it to an amp.
Her party was chaotic in every possible way. That's exactly how Fushcia and her Diamond wanted it to be. Everyone was yelling, there were flashing lights, gems had free range of the stage (some had competitions to steal the spotlight), and Rhinestone's unlimited energy and strong aura helped a lot. Overall, there was singing and dancing and the music was blasting and it was great.
But are Spinels' performances that high energy? Let's find out.

"So, we fuse at the end for the finale?" Spadette asked. Clubby nodded, doing a tiny dance on her unicycle (alternating feet, but never on both! Impressive.) Sweetheart looked up at Spadette (she's incredibly short) looking confused. "Wait, what will I be juggling today?" She chuckled, knowing the question was answered multiple times. "Y'know what, how 'bout I just go over it again?" All three other Spinels nodded. "So, the act starts with me. I'm gonna tap dance and all the good stuff along with some hands-on activities with the audience. Then Clubby's on with a short dance on her unicycle followed by some good ol' fashioned I-keep-falling-off-my-unicycle slapstick! After that, Sweetheart's act will feature her juggling increasingly large objects and soon slipping and falling on her butt as everything she's juggling falls on her head. Then DeeDee has her part which is just her doing stupid things while she does a bit of dancing. Got all that?" Sweetheart and Clubby nodded. "I hate my life," DeeDee said. "Heh. Classic DeeDee." Clubby said grinning widely. "When I burn everything to the ground you three will be the first to go," Spadette snickered "Yep. Classic DeeDee. Anyway, we're going to fuse at the end and we'll do a dance while juggling bubbles and singing comedically. Now, it's time to show the audience what we've got!"
The crowd went absolutely WILD! It wasn't necessarily the funniest, but the Spinels were super cute and you'd have to be heartless not to clap or cheer. Not only that, but it just had a comforting and laid-back atmosphere. It was a fun time.
