Bring bring. Bring bring. Billy's phone chimed, waking him up. He rolled out of bed and trudged over to his telephone. "What do you want? It's 7 in the morning." He grunted, rubbing his eyes.
"We're going ice skating today!!!" A voice yelled back. It was Steve. They had arranged to go on a date and Steve decided to pick ice skating as it was getting closer to Christmas. He was so excited about it, but Billy was dreading it. He'd never been ice skating in his life. There wasn't much snow in California, and it was rather warm during Christmas, so ice wasn't really an option. "It's not while this afternoon. There was no need to wake me up this early." He grunted back. "There is ever need. Knowing you you'll put jeans on which isn't what you should wear to ice skating. I'll be round at your in 15 minutes?" Steve urged. "What?! No you will not. I'm literally the only person awake!" Billy yelled. "Okay bye see you soon." Steve giggled as he hung up the phone.

Billy stumped back down onto his bed and let out a large sigh. He realised he was only wearing his pants and didn't want Steve come round and see him wearing that so he quickly grabbed a pair of trousers and a shirt up off his floor and put them on just in time to hear a knock at the front door. He tiptoed through the house in an attempt to not awake the rest of his family. As he approached the door he could see a tall figure, with luscious locks through the frosted window. He stretched out his muscular arm and opened the door. "That wasn't even 5 minutes." Billy said displeased. "I know I was outside and couldn't wait any longer." Steve grinned as he pushed his way inside. Billy sighed as he followed Steve to his room and closed the door behind them.

"I thought I said to not wear jeans?" The joyous boy rolled his eyes, placing his hands upon his hips. "Yeah, well I knew you'd make me change so I put them on anyways." Billy sniggered. Before Billy had even finished speaking, Steve was in his wardrobe tossing clothes, searching for the perfect outfit. "Ah-ha!" Steve yelled triumphantly, "put this on." He reached out his hand passing Billy a pair of tracksuit bottoms and a woolly coat. Reluctantly, Billy took them off Steve and held them in his hands, staring at the boy in the wardrobe. "Well put them on then." Steve urged. "Turn around." Billy replied but Steve didn't budge. As if someone different was controlling him, Billy pushed Steve back inside the wardrobe and shut it. "Very funny" Steve chuckled as he tried to push the door open, but it wouldn't budge. "Let me out!" he grunted. Billy ignored Steve and got changed as quick as he could.

When Billy was changed, he walked back over to the wardrobe. As he pulled open the door, Steve came flying out and they both tumbled to the ground. As their laughter came to an end, Billy realised the position in which they were lying. His dazzling blue eyes locked with the boys on top of him. Their chests pressed so close they could feel each other's heartbeat. Billy ran his fingers through the back of Steve's hair, pulling his head in closer. Their lips where inches apart, the warm breath could be felt on their faces. "Billy??" came a voice from the door. "Max!?" Billy replied, jumping up and running to the door. "Is that Steve?!" she yelled as Billy shoved her out his room. "I'm sorry about her." Billy said, turning around to see a giggling Steve on the floor. His contagious giggles caused Billy to join in and they ended up rolling round on the floor laughing.

Some time passed and they arrived at the skating rink. They got their skates and wobbled over to rink. Steve clambered onto the ice and began majestically gliding around. Billy on the other hand, had never been ice skating and was struggled to get onto the ice steadily. Pro skater Steve noticed this and sped back over to Billy to help him. "You alright?" he asked gently. "No, I can't get on the ice without falling." he snapped back. "Here." Steve reached out his arm for Billy to take hold of. He grasped his hand tightly as he stepped onto the ice, wobbling slightly as he went. Slowly, Steve moved backwards dragging Billy along the ice with him. "I'm doing it" he beamed, "I'm ice skating!" "Yeah, you are." Steve grinned. The joy on Billy's face spread onto Steve's. Eventually, Steve let go of Billy's hand causing him to stumble slightly. As Billy was still a noob, he had to hold onto the edge and drag himself around but still enjoyed himself none the less.

Time passed by quickly and it was soon time for them to leave. "I am going to be covered in bruises tomorrow thanks to you." Steve chuckled. "Thanks to me? You where the one crashing into everyone trying to do all your fancy tricks." Billy said as he placed the skates on the counter. "Fine but they shouldn't have been in my way." Steve responded, rolling his eyes. "What now?" He asked. "Want to go get hot chocolates?"
