It was the morning after the blowup between Klaus and Rory; the other three were still unsure whether one or both of the two would kill each other. Surprisingly for the originals it was Rory who seemed the most homicidal.

Rory sat in the kitchen with Hayley as she watched the wolf rustle rather violently through the cupboard doors, Elijah soon joining the two.

"Good morning." He said as leaned against the doorframe, Rory smiled slightly in return no prepared for the original's unwavering attempts at optimism- a far cry from his brothers personality

"Hey." Hayley replied kindly.

Rory had soon found out that after her and klaus' ordea, Hayley had in fact slapped Elijah across the face much to her amusement.

Rebekah soon entered the kitchen; dragging a bin behind her

"Listen, I know I'm the only one in this house that actually drinks milk, but would it kill any of you to make sure it's on the grocery list?" hayley remarked for any one of them.

"Speaking of, add bleach." the female original added on as she stomped through kitchemback into to the lving room to clean up the mess.

Elijah digged through the fridge prosumabley in search of milk whilst hayley pulled out a tub of ice cream from the freezer and rory sat drinking apple juice.

"You know, I do hope my siblings were hospitable to you, in my absence." Elijah began as he stared at hayley with adoration.

"In your absence, as you like to call it, which is a way-too-polite way of saying that your brother put a dagger in your heart. I have been attacked by French Quarter vampires, I've had to live in a house with a secret dungeon full of coffins, and I was nearly murdered by witches who are convinced my baby is Lucifer. They've been fine. Your siblings are weirdly protective, I know I have you to thank for that. Which you may not fully beleive due to the showcase your brother put on last nigth"

Hayley glanced down at the bowl of serial and glass of orange the original had set out for her during her rant. Smiling Hayley looked up at him.

"I'm just happy to see that you're in one piece." he said.

Rory cleared her throat to remind the two that she was also in the kitchen before adding on to their sickengly sweet conversation.

"So, back to the murderous witches. I have some concerns."

"They're evil. And, my life is still magically linked to Sophie Deveraux, which is not comforting." Hayley added on- agreeing with Rory

"Yes, I think it's time we took care of that little problem."

"I am all for it. As soon as they're unlinked, we get to leave this crap town." Rebekah added on as she once again appeared in the kitchen only this time she was dragging a dead girls body across the floor

"Who do we have to kill?" Rory asked. Elijah though before replying

"Probably no one." The heretic raised an eyebrow questioningly

"Alright, potentially everyone." He finalised as he turned to leave Rory following him.

"Poetry about poisoned apples from dead trees. Looks like someone's worried about impending daddyhood." She mocked as her viscious scrubbing came to halt.

"Nonsense. Elijah's back. In his presence, all problems turn to pixie-dust and float away!" at this statement Rebekah side eyed him and grinned which Klaus returned.

"Strange, I don't recall any pixie-dust from the darkness of the coffin I was recently forced to endure." Rory smiled at this remark.

"What are you doing with Mother's spellbook?" Rebekah asked noticing the book grasped firmly in his hand
