The Incident - Emunene & Ruikasa (Sort Of Rushed)

Part 2: Chapter 1

It was evening at the wonder stage and things were heading to a bad start. In their newest show, Nene-robo had lost charge and caused a catastrophy, causing the show to be stopped early. Tsukasa watched the unimpressed audience get up and slowly file out of their seats, some saying things like "why did it end like that." Or "this show was so underwhelming!" Even though these words may have been said in whispers or grumbles, it was apparent to Tsukasa that his show, the one he had been dreaming of since childhood. Had been ruined, he was upset, and angry. He felt angry, angry at Nene, she had used up all of robo-nenes battery.. Tsukasa thought. And now, a few minutes after everyone was gone, Emu watched in shock as Tsukasa lashed out on Nene, who was already on the verge of tears. Tsukasa was so distraught he lashed out on his friend. And Nene was close to bursting into tears, Emu didn't know what to do. Her spirit was already dampened from their failed show, but now, she watched as her group was slowly falling apart. Tsukasa arguing and Nene silently staring at him, tears streaming down her red face. All made Emu feel terrible, she didn't want this, she wanted her troupe to be one happy group of friends, being able to preform almost anything flawlessly, making the crowd happy, but now, no one was happy, not even her own troupe members.

She was caught up in her thoughts, but she snapped out of it when she heard a slab and footsteps. It was Nene, between the yelling and arguing, Nene had reached her limit, she had hit him, slapping him directly on the face. Nene only realized what she had done when she heard emu gasp, she saw Tsukasa's face, his eyes wide and his face slightly red on the side from how had she hit him, Rui was shocked to, Nene never burst out like that. She felt terrible. 

"I- I'm sorry i.!" Nene stammered, her tears ruining her vision. She couldn't speak, she ran from the wonderstage, tears blurring her vision as she sobbed. She didn't even look back, she ran until she was out of sight. Leaving her group in shock. Tsukasa stared off at the direction Nene had ran in, his eyes were foggy and dark. He regret it, regret everything.

"Tsukasa what the hell?!" Rui said, visibly upset. "What was that for!?" Rui was Nene's best friend for ages, he couldn't stand seeing his best friend be hurt like that. He had enough. "It wasn't her fault, she had so much pressure on her!"

"I-"

"No! I know you're not sorry!" Rui yelled, making emu wince "You only think about yourself! All focused on being a famous star! Do you even care about her?! Or us?" Emu looked between the two, her group was gone.

"I-I do! That's the whole reason I joined- I just.." Tsukasa said, tears falling down his face

"You what? You got mad at a select person when it wasn't their fault?" Rui said, crossing his arms and glaring at him. "You're never gonna be a star if this is who you really are."

Emu gasped, covering her mouth with her hands. Her eyes were wide with shock and sadness, Tsukasa stared at him. He and never been told that before, he was shocked, hurt, and angry. Tears burned his face as he bit his lip , he didn't have anything else to say to Rui, he felt as if the world had turned on him. His dream of being a star had corrupted how he treated others, he messed up, badly.

"Tsukasa..." Emu said, her voice barely audible under the wind that had came in. But it was too late, her group was finished. Gone.

"W-well-" Tsukasa said, his voice shaking "I don't need-I don't need you guys anyways! I can make it by myself..." His sentence was cut off by a sob. He hastily grabbed his stuff and went off. He didn't want to try and talk to them again.

"Tsukasa wait-!" Emu said, running towards him. But a hand grabbed her arm. Stopping her from catching up to him.

"It's no use, Emu." Rui said, he looked at Emu, his eyes lowered in disappointment. Emu knew Tsukasa mattered to him just as much as Nene did to her, but what he had said to Nene was unforgivable in Rui's eyes.

"Rui.." Emu sobbed, "What am I gonna do..." She was frantic, she wanted her friends back, she wanted her whole group back.

"Emu... there's nothing we can do.."

"There has to be! This can't be the end! We just - we just started..!" Emu said loudly, almost screaming "I just- I just want them back-" She sobbed harder. Rui pulled her into a hug, the comforting smell of ink and metal parts, along with his warmth made Emu feel the slightest bit hopeful. She hugged him back, smiling through her sobs and tears.

I will fix this Emu thought. Hopefully..

This was sort of rushed and might be formatted weirdly (I wrote this all on my notes app..) but it's okay enough to be posted
