Dom dabi x in rut hawks

Chapter 1

Hawks is sitting at his desk at work doing paperwork anxiously. He hasn't told his boyfriend dabi that he has a spring heat cycle that comes every year. Hawks checks his phone that has a reminder pop up saying spring starts tomorrow. He hesitated while reading it thinking about what he's going to do about it. He thinks to himself "Do I tell him? Do I just let him find out?" He ponders realizing he's not getting any work done. He didn't notice that it was already time for him to get off and head home. He feels himself starting to get hot. "Fuck don't tell me its coming early" he says in a light panic. He packs his things and flies home trying to ignore it.

He comes home and sets his stuff down he looks up and sees dabi in the kitchen cooking dinner. "Oh hey birdie I made dinner" dabi says as he noticed his boyfriend just came in. "Oh you did? Thanks flames" hawks says smiling at dabi. He is still worried about his heat coming but tries to blow it off. "Hey is everything ok? You seem worried" dabi says looking discerned at his boyfriend. "Oh yeah I'm fine just thinking about work is all" hawks says letting out a small chuckle. "Ok well come and eat so you and I can relax on the couch ok?" Dabi says trying to cheer hawks up and to get him to calm down.

Hawks goes over and sits at the table as dabi give them each a dish. They both start eating and talk about each other's day before cleaning up and relaxing on the couch. "Your off tomorrow right babe?" Dabi asks. "Mhm" hawks says reassuringly. "Good, but I do have to go and have a meeting with shiggy tomorrow and get some stuff for the house but once I'm back we can have a day together ok?" Dabi says smiling at hawks. "Oh ok that sounds like fun. I'd love to" hawks says smiling. "Yay now lets get some rest" dabi says yawning as he heads for the bedroom. "Good idea" hawks says following him. They go into the bedroom and cuddle. They exchanged goodnights and fall asleep.
