Maryam is in her office organizing some papers when a knock came on the door. Who could it be? Abaan? She thought.

She hasn't heard from or seen him ever since she left the restaurant after the scene Shurkah created. Did Abaan believe Shukrah?

"Come in,"

The door opened as a young lady of average height; wearing a blue shirt and white skirt matched with a white hijab stepped inside.

Maryam noticed her carrying a bouquet of roses and holding a cute medium brown basket.

"Abida, what's going on?" Maryam asked pointing at the items.

"It's for you, Maryam," Abida answered placing them on Maryam's desk. "It was just brought by a delivery man. He said that a man send him to be delivered to Maryam Abu Bakr, there's a card attached to the roses,".

Maryam carried the card smiling as she saw Maira written on it. "I think I know who send it,".

"Who?" Abida asked curiously, as her eyebrows rose in a quizzical expression.

"Go back to work, Abida," Maryam ordered.

"Okay, It's a secret for now. It won't be for long," Abida smiled and opened the door walking out of the office.

Maryam stared at the card, as she opened it. This too shall pass. She read what was on the card.

"Abaan, even though your words are few, is worth a thousand words. You can't imagine how every time I love you more and more,".

Maryam checked the medium basket and saw unique types of chocolate, as she sighted another card.

Chocolate makes everything better.
Maryam read the second card, and a smile formed on her lips. "How I wish you know, how you make me feel,".
