Desi, Ernaline, Dianthe and Denzin made their way through the earth's terrains until the soft grass was slowly transitioning into hard stiff rock. The trees slowly dying out into nothing and the sky was grey. It was like a graveyard without the graves.
The mini crew slowly walked into the middle of nowhere, up to a stone doorway with dead branches wrapped around the frame.
"Is this it?" Denzin looked around confusingly.
"I think so. The doorway to Hell is described to be set in a isolated and empty place at the end of the earth." Ernaline said. She then walked up to the stone door frame, "It's quite a strange entrance, I thought it would be more grand?"
She then continue to walk until she was right inbetween the frame. "There's nothing here..."
There was a sudden chill that ran across everyone's back, Desi only got the chills when something stupid was about to happen so he called out, "Ernaline maybe you shouldn't..."
Something stupid happened indeed. Ernaline was now not in front of them as she was suddenly engulfed by bright red flames then disappeared.
"Ernaline!" Desi ran up to the stone fame trying to reach for the non-existent woman but with no luck he stood underneath the frame trying to figure out what could have triggered the response.
"Of course she had to mess up." Lorelei said with a huff before Desi slightly glared at her, she knew to close her mouth.
Denzin went beside Desi also trying to find the main cause. "Maybe they only wanted her?"
"What do you mean?" Desi looked at him.
"I mean. The realm heir and Ernaline are good friends, aren't they? So maybe they can control who comes in... but I don't know about coming out."
That made sense. After all it wouldn't make sense to have an open portal in the middle of nowhere which was actually pretty easy to get to if the average person was determined enough to walk to "the end of the earth." That's if they even believed in it.
Dianthe had her arms crossed and was the only one in no hurry to to help the other two out. Was it bad that she almost wanted to laugh at how easily she got swept away by an unknown force, that she didn't live up to the title General Ophelia? Although she hadn't been an active general in a long time it still relived her futile rivalry.
Denzin has always been neutral, the god of justice and truth no matter what was literally his name. Now going futher, he didn't really have a lot of knowledge about any of the people he talked to as people come and go over the years hes been alive. Naturally being one of the seniors of the Crown Court of Aurelia and the Divine Court he learned not to be attached or too close to anyone since the many lower gods and immortals tend to be sly and untrustworthy. Many would do anything to satisfy their hunger to crawl to the elite.

"Oof." Ernaline fell and slid flat on her face and uncomfortably rough on her bosom, leaving the lower half of her body to fly flat behind her, she slowly rolled over on her back heaving a big breath as she stared at the red ceiling of rocky material.
She groaned as she sat herself up and realised that the temperature had changed drastically, making her head dizzy and her vision splitting in two.
She held her palm to her head trying to stablise herself before looking around to see through red hue that casted upon the realm. The Unjustified Realm.
Now she sprang up, alert. All she could see was the ripples of heat waves in the distance and spits of fire that sprung up from a sea or moat of lava but imbedded with the lava was a large volcano. She recognised it from the tales and folk lore she had read in the Celestial Library.
