Hannah didn't think much of it when she commented on the tiktok of a guy she found really cute, she figured the comment would be ignored like most of the comments on the video, so when some random girl named Shelly decided to reply back to insult her, and that guy defended her, she was  surprised.

Since the guy was sweet enough to defend her, Hannah decided she'd follow the guys Instagram. It was the least she could do, so she went ahead and followed him, expecting it to end at that.. only it didn't. A few days later she received a message request while she was scrolling through her feed and realized it was him, and she felt herself getting flustered and excited, which caught her by surprise since she didn't even know the guy yet, but when a cute boy wants to text you, how else do you react?

Hannah tried to play it cool while talking to him, but in reality she was freaking out, she's never been noticed by a guy before, maybe a few times but they've always ended up ghosting her or using her, and this was the first guy who didn't start a conversation sexually, so how bad could he be?

She learned his name was Alexander, she learned a lot about him, and he learned a lot about her. He was sweet, and funny. He seemed like a nice guy, and when she was walking home from school and listened to a voice message he'd sent her, she was surprised by how deep his voice was, it was very attractive and she immediately told her friends about it,

A few days passed since talking to Alexander, and in all honesty his replies were late, so were hers. They weren't that consistent, sometimes it would get dry, and sometimes a little awkward, but they got along, and when they did have a conversation, it was enjoyable. Hannah suggested they call to play a video game together, since she learned they both play the same games, he agreed and they called for a bit. It was awkward at first, she didn't know what to say, she got excited and came on a little strong, made some unfunny jokes, and honestly she wasn't sure he'd want to call her again, she was a little embarrassed. But when he asked if she wanted to again, she didn't have to think twice.

This went on for a little bit, they'd call every few days, talk more, got to know each other more. She learned that he only lived about an hour away from her, and she felt herself getting butterflies every time he texted. At first, the phone calls were short, they'd talk for a little bit about themselves, getting to know the other more, but the more they called the longer the calls got, and they found themselves talking about things normal friends wouldn't talk about. Playing truth or dare was what the conversations were mostly about, sometimes they'd pick dare and do something stupid, like push-ups on camera, but for the most part they would pick truth, and ask each other questions like "if I was with you right now on your lap, what would you do?" or "if we were locked in a room together, what would be the first thing you'd do?" And overtime the questions became more explicit.

Hannah knew it was wrong to talk like that, he was just a friend and she was fairly certain he didn't have any type of feelings for her, she thought he might've just been asking those types of questions because she did. Besides, she didn't think there was a way she could actually meet up with him, her parents are strict and religious, not to mention overprotective. If they found out she was even talking to a boy the way she was, she'd get her ass handed to her immediately.

One phone turned into dozens, and she found herself on the phone with him every single day, just talking for hours and hours. It got to the point where if they didn't call, she'd be in a bad mood for the rest of the day, calling him was the one thing she looked forward to, even when her day was bad, she would just think of talking to him, and she'd feel better almost instantly. She wasn't sure how he felt, but she knew how she did. She had a crush on a guy who lived an hour away from her in a different state. Everything about him was just perfect to her, his looks, personality. The only problem was that he was so fucking dense, and that wasn't his fault, but she had a huge crush on this guy and all he thinks about is mice chasing cars. In all honesty though, she found it cute.

Although his replies would be late, they'd still call at the end of the day, Hannah found herself wanting to know everything about this guy. She'd get jealous when he would mention other girls, even if they were just his friends, it was toxic of her, but she couldn't help it. She wanted him all to herself. He found it cute though, he'd tell her how cute she was, and how sweet she was, which certainly wasn't helping her get over the crush she had on him, not that she wanted to, but she knew she couldn't be with him, if she dated someone she'd want them to be 10 minutes away from her, so she could go see them whenever she wanted, not to mention she has never been in a relationship before, she didn't know what to do, what to say, what was normal and what wasn't. Hannah figured Alexander would want to date a girl with experience anyways, who would want to date someone clueless? It didn't make sense.

Hannah knew she was falling for him fast, but she couldn't help it, everything about him seemed perfect in her eyes, she knew he didn't want her in that way, though..

Maybe she was the dense one?
