You looked outside of your window as you looked up at the bright sky. It was your birthday, and it seemed as if the stars themselves shined brighter on the day of your birth. You watched as the clouds parted and revealed a full moon, it seemed as thought it was as bright as the sun itself. You sighed as you stretched your arms. You should probably do your dailies already, you've ignored them all day in favour of finishing the sumeru archon quest.

You turned around as you made your way to the pc. You opened up genshin and squinted your eyes as you saw the blinding white light, the words hoyoverse appeared on the screen. The bright white faded away into the night time screen, you watched as the game loaded up so you could get those primogems already. You were about to click the door when a sudden textbox appeared on your screen instead.

"Are you ready to enter teyvat?"
"[yes] [no]"

You raised your eyebrows at the words displayed. Maybe this was some new update? You payed no mind to it as you moved the golden arrows towards the yes option. The moment your heard the click of the mouse you felt pain like you've never felt before enter your body. You screamed as your eyes closed shut, you felt as if your body was being twisted and turned and your bones breaking. You continued to scream until your throat got sore and everything turned a deeper black.
