worshipping the light that glows
softly across the shapes of your skin
candlelight flickering between
the touching of our lips
my fingers entangled with yours,
our hearts sharing rhythm
these oceans we swim across,
the deepest depths of love
I am hopelessly devoted to you,
ravenous for your touch
and the warm light illuminating your eyes
I think I finally believe there is a god.
