Morgan would've preferred to be in one of her horrible nightmares than in the real world at the moment. When she woke up from her dreamless sleep, the first thing that hit her was the taste of throw up.
She gagged, then went to the bathroom to clean up, running into her mother along the way.
"Morgan, honey, what happened? You look sick, are you sick?"
Morgan shook her head then tried to get past, but her mother wouldn't budge.
"Did you throw up? Honey, talk to me! I know you're not well!"
"Mom," she groaned, "I need to get to the bathroom!"
   "Here, I'll help you."
"No! I can do it myself."
Morgan hurried in, made sure to lock the door, then scrubbed her face with a wet rag. She looked into the mirror. She looked horrible: puffy, bloodshot eyes and hair sticking in every direction.
After doing her best to make herself look normal, she felt a large pain hit her like a boulder.
   Andrew.
   "Oh God."
Before she could stop it, tears rained from her eyes. They made her eyes itch and her nose runny. Her breathing became shallow, painful gasps.
"Morgan? Are you alright? I'm coming in!"
   "N - no! Don't!" She shouted achingly.
Her mother burst in, then put her hand to her mouth. "Hon, what is going on?"
Morgan swiped her hand across her eyes. "I - I just..." She choked back a sob, "h - had a n - nightmare."

Morgan walked to the park alone and silent. It was better than being at home, or anywhere else at the moment. The park was where she had plenty of space and time to think.
When she got there, she sat on a bench beneath a tree. She stared at the gray sky, watching orange and red leaves blow mindlessly around in the air.
    Morgan!!
   She shuddered.
   "Hey!"
Morgan jumped, unintentionally getting into a fighting stance.
"Woah! Hey, I surrender!" Bailey held up her gloved hands.
Morgan stared absently at Bailey, she had on her jogging pants and grey hoodie, along with her usual tight ponytail.
Morgan awkwardly tried to play off her behavior, "Oh, hey! Sorry. I'm just riled up at the moment." She sat back down, staring downward.
"So, um, you doing anything right now? Me and Parker were - "
"No!" Morgan cleared her throat. "Uh, I mean, no. I - I'm busy."
"Are you ok? You look awful."
   Morgan just nodded.
"OK, by the way, have you seen Andrew around?"
   Morgan's entire body clenched.
"Did you guys not find anything last night? Or did y'all just get bored?"
Morgan hesitantly lifted her head, "We, um...got tired, then went home. There wasn't anything there." then went back to looking at the ground.
"Well, ok then. See ya around." Bailey turned away.
Oh God, what am I doing? I can't just push her away. What if those psychopaths are out there?! What If they go after me and my friends?!! I have to tell someone.
   Tell her!
   Tell her!!
   Tell her!!!
"Wait, don't go!" Morgan jumped up from the bench.
   Bailey turned, "Hm? What's up?"
Morgan's throat tightened, making it hard to breath. She felt like throwing up again.
   "There's something that happened...with A - Andrew."
