"Let's end this?!" Leni asked Risa when she read the note on the roses
"Yes, Leni. Let's end this. I want you to stop courting me." Risa responded
Leni was teary-eyed upon hearing what Risa just said.
"Nagugulumihanan ako. What do you mean, Risa? Okay naman na tayo, hindi ba? Binigyan kita ng assurance na ikaw lang ang mahal ko at Risa, ikaw lang ang gusto kong makasama habang-buhay. I want that the love to last me a lifetime for the second time around will be with you. Mahal na mahal kita, Risa, ipaglalaban kita sa mga tao. When the time is right, ipapakilala kita sa kanila loud and proud. Please Risa, stay with me." Leni begged her
"Ang laki na ng na-invest mo sa akin, Leni. Sobra-sobra na rin yung effort na binibigay mo. Still puzzled at what is happening, Leni accepted the envelope.
"Ano to, Risa?" she asked her
"Open it para masagot ang lahat ng tanong mo." Risa replied
Leni opened the envelope and it contains a handwritten letter from Risa.
Then she read the letter
Aking Maria Leonor,
Una sa lahat, nais kong magpasalamat dahil dumating ka sa buhay ko. Alam ko na ikaw yung UP Economics student na nakasama ko noong EDSA 1 at masaya ako na muling nag-krus ang mga landas natin lalo na noong nasa kongreso na ako at dumalo ako sa libing ni Jess.
Gusto kong malaman mo na unang pagkikita pa lamang natin ay hinangaan na kita. Nakita ko na kagaya ko, nais mo rin na magkaroon tayo ng isang tapat at maaasahang gobyerno at mula noong araw na iyon at ipinanalangin ko na sana, kapag nakamtan na natin ang hinihiling at ipinaglalaban nating gobyernong tapat ay kasama kita.
Pagkatapos ng EDSA 1 ay hindi kita nakita. Then you became congresswoman and I saw how hands on you were. I started to fall in love you without you doing anything. At that time, I was Akbayan's Chairperson and I see you every session. It all became deep when we were both under Mar's bucket during the 2016 elections and we were able to spend time with one another. From campaigns, rallies and even sharing a hotel room during a trip abroad.
I fell harder when you became VP. Napakagaling mo, Leni and you are now President and I would say that you've come a long way and you have achieved great things. You were my VP before but now, you are my President and the love of my life.
About Jomari? When I was not able to confess my love for you and I did not know that you feel the same way, Jomari came. He was my supporter since 2013 and he was so genuine with me so I gave him a chance and I though I will be happy and I will finally forget about you and my feelings towards you when I accepted his proposal but I was wrong. When the wedding day comes nearer, my feelings for you became stronger and that is when I could not handle it anymore during my wedding day and I left him dahil hindi ko na kayang dayain ang sarili ko dahil alam ko na ikaw lang ang mahal ko at gusto kong makasama habang-buhay.
So please, Leni. Let's end this courtship became I am now yours. Sinasagot na kita."
"Sinasagot mo na ako?" Leni asked Risa
Risa nodded and exclaimed
"Oh my god, Risa. Thank you for making me the happiest."
Then she kissed Risa on the lips.
After that, Aika, Jorge and Dea went out of the dining room and clapped happily for the two women. A few moments later, Anje arrived with a Congratulations cake in hand.
"Late na po ba ako, mga mama?" Anje asked and she hugged Leni and Risa
The three other girls went to them and they shared a group hug.
"Ang swerte ko naman, sinagot na ako ng aking favorite senator." Leni told Risa
"Aba'y mas maswerte naman ako dahil hindi lang ako favorite senator at first woman Senate President. Ako rin ang magiging kauna-unahang First Lady ni Madam President." Risa responded ay they laughed at what Risa said
They were about to go to the pool area when they heard someone clapping slowly.
They all turned around to see who it is and the person who just arrived said
"Sorry, I'm late. Hindi ko tuloy nakita kung paano mo sagutin si Madam President, Risa." the man said
"Anong ginagawa mo rito?" Risa asked him
"Gusto ko lang sana kayo i-congratulate dahil sa wakas, nagbunga na rin ang pagtataksil
mo, Risa." the man responded
"Nag-usap na tayo. We cleared everything and I said I'm really sorry. Alam kong may kasalanan ako sa'yo and I thought you were okay with it. Naayos na natin, hindi ba? We parted ways in a nice way." Risa told him
"Yun ang akala mo, Risa. Hindi ko hahayaan na maging masaya kayo ni Leni." he said and turned to Leni
"I will destroy your happiness, Leni at hindi magiging first lady si Risa kung ngayon pa lang ay mawawala na siya." he said and pointed a gun at Risa
"Jomari, huwag!" Leni said and tried to cover Risa but when Jomari pulled the trigger and shot the gun, Anje pushed Leni and covered for her mom and she was the one who was shot on the chest
Suddenly, the PSGs came and Kit shot Jomari's hands causing him to drop the gun that he was holding and they cuffed him.
On the other hand, Risa is holding Anje laying on the floor in her own blood fighting for her life.
"Anje, anak stay with mama." Risa said crying
"Thank you for loving me, mama. Mahal na mahal po kita." Anje said and closed her eyes
