Sky checked on her the next morning.

Talia exited the bathroom, hair still damp, wrapped in a towel when she looked up to find two familiar specialists in her room.

Sky standing uncomfortably, Riven shamelessly lounging on her bed.

"We'll damn, I wasn't expecting a show this early in the morning."

Riven teased when she let out a squeak, pulling her towel a few inches higher.

"Sorry, Riven knew where your room was, we kinda let ourselves in."

Sky said, looking anywhere but her.

"Uhh yeah, no problem just give me a minute."

She said digging through her drawers for something to wear.

Sky scratched his head, while Riven just chuckled cheekily, arms propped behind his head casually.

Talia shot him a stern look, before slipping back into her bathroom to quickly dress.

She came back out dressed, running a brush through her hair.

"So, what's up? How's Silva?"

She asked, wincing at the twinge of an ache in her arms leftover from the day before.

"He's managing I think, we haven't talked much this morning."

Sky admitted, finally meeting her eyes.

"Afternoon training is still on, so I'd say he's fine and dandy."

Riven chimed in, now rummaging through her desk drawers.

"We actually came to see how you're doing this morning. Are you feeling okay? Any sickness? Any aching?"

Sky asked worriedly, now gently grasping her forearm.

She looked at his arm uncomfortably before meandering away towards her fridge.

"I feel fine doc."

She chuckled, pulling her daily dose from the fridge.

Talia ignored how the boys watched her interestedly, as she swallowed the blood, letting it relax her.

"Wicked."

Riven said, making her roll her eyes.

"It doesn't scare you?"

She clarified, tossing the vial.

Riven laughed.

"We shared a bed for a night without you eating me, I don't think I have much to worry about."

Sky scoffed, seeming somehow irritated by Rivens response.

Talia suddenly wondered if it scared Sky.

She couldn't stand the idea that he saw her as the monster everyone else saw.

His face stayed neutral though, his ever dreamy crystal eyes seemed searching, watching her presumably for signs of illness.

"We'll, thank you, for checking in boys-and for the update on Silva- but I'm fine."

She assured them, unplugging her headphones and hooked them around her neck, pulling her hair from beneath them in a flipping motion.

"Walk to breakfast with us?"

Sky offered, shuffling out of her way as she reached for her trainers.

"Sure, I'll be out in just a sec."

Talia said, nodding towards the door.

The boys shuffled out, closing the door with a soft thud.

Talia hurried her routine, swiping on mascara, checking her face for any traces of blood, and tossing her books for the day into her messenger bag.
