Talia spent the rest of the day boarded up in her room.
Her mind felt dull, her chest ached.
Almost losing it on Riven had shaken her, she hated thinking about what she could've done to him.
But she couldn't get it off her mind.
The following day she'd forced herself from her room, hoping to track down Riven to apologize.
Aisha and Terra found her first.
"We need your help."
Aisha said as they stopped her in the hall, both with serious expressions.
"Okay?"
The other two girls filled her in on Blooms odd behavior, as they headed for the caf, apparently to find Dane.
They spotted him in line, so Terra decided they'd camp near his usual spot.
Dane dropped to his seat and pulled a joint from his pocket, sparking his lighter.
Terra approached, Talia followed.
"So, what, you're a full-on wake-and-bake delinquent now?"
Terra asked.
"And in the courtyard too. Smart."
Talia added, crossing her arms.
"Yep. Want some?"
Talia rolled her eyes, plopping onto the bench across from him.
"What is wrong with you?"
Terra scoffed.
"Oh, she cares about me again."
Dane scoffed back.
"I've always cared about you."
Terra argued.
"Really? 'Cause I did one bad thing, and you cut me off."
"That was a pretty big fuck up."
Talia scoffed.
"So, you're all about Beatrix now?"
Terra continued.
"Well, she never did anything to make me feel that shitty."
"No, she just murdered someone, Dane."
Talia countered.
Dane scoffed again.
"I'm done with this."
He went to stand, but Terra had other plans.
"Except you kind of aren't."
Vines snapped from a crack in the ground nearby, securing Danes calf to the table.
He glared, going for a drag from his joint.
A stream of water shot it from his hand, as Aisha joined them.
"What's going on with you and Bloom? Tell us."
She ordered.
"Or What? You're not gonna hurt me."
Dane sneered.
Talia was getting fed up with him.
"Well, that probably depends on what your definition of "hurt" is. Maybe not physical pain, but don't think I'm above leaving you in that chair until you talk. That looks like a pretty big bottle of water. Hope you can hold it, otherwise... messy."
Talia nearly laughed at Terra's intimidation attempt.
"Two options."
She said leaning forward.
