Chrissy looked at Steve who was sitting across from Her. He was staring at Eddie, a lot of people were. But Steve was staring at Eddie for a different reason.
Eddie's hair was in a ponytail, Steve found it cute. Steve always found whatever Eddie did cute, sometimes even hot. Chrissy was proud, extremely proud.
Why? Because her best friend, Eddie has the most popular boy in school wrapped around his finger. And she was proud
of Steve, he finally got over his ex-girlfriend Nancy Wheeler.
When the school day was over Chrissy rushed over to Steve, she was gonna get him and Eddie together. She tapped Steve's shoulder to get his attention and smiled.
"You like Eddie right?" Chrissy asked, Steve flushed a light red. "N-no, the freak? Never." Chrissy gave him a look and Steve sighed, "Yes, I do." Chrissy smiled at Steve's words.
"Don't worry, he likes your butt and fancy hair. I know, he told me." "... He thinks it's fancy..?" Steve said, in response. Chrissy nodded, Steve looked at Eddie and looked away.
"So I have a shot..?" He asked, looking back at Chrissy. "Yes you do." She said as she called Eddie over. Eddie shook his head no at first but then he gave in when Chrissy gave him the look.
"Hey Harrington.." Eddie said, scratching his neck. "Hey Ed's." Steve replied, Eddie was surprised by the sudden nickname but smiled because it was cute.
"Do you maybe wanna go out on a date..?" Steve asked. Yet again, Eddie was surprised. "Y-yeah of course..! ... But you are asking me right and not someone else..-"
Steve chuckled and smiled, "Yes, im asking you." Steve looked around to find Chrissy and thank her but she was already gone. She was probably with her girlfriend.
