That night, I had stayed awake, eating and staring at the fire, but I still found myself dozing off now and then. Reading over the books Aemond gave me, one which had high Valyrian. I still couldn't work out what he had said to me. But I still learned a word or two for myself. When day broke. Dyana took care in helping me dress, dressing me in my corset, but keeping it somewhat loose. I wore my hair longer today. She still put the dragon riders belt on me. Which made me anxious. I balled my fists at the thought of sleeping again for that time. I missed too much. I was stupid enough to come here. I didn't think it would get this- fucked.

Arykk escorted me to breakfast. As Heleana sat at the table with tea and her sewing. She smiled to me warmly. Aemond sat across from her, he turned his head slowly. " Rytsas." (Hello) I spoke to him. Heleana giggled.

"Ree stas." Aemond repronounced with a smile.

"Rytsas." I said correcting my pronunciation.

"Rytsas." He said back, turning to his food. I sat next to him, servants filling my plate. Heleana looked to me.

"Sleep well? Well- I suppose you did- if you slept that long." She laughed to herself. I smiled back.

"Well-" I began as the thud of the door came to ear. Clamouring was heard behind me. I didn't bother to turn. I knew who it was. As the same silver haired figure scrambled next to his wife, pulling his chair back with a long screeeeeeech. Aegon plumped himself to his seat, taking it upon himself to pour a quick wine. As he shotted it quickly. Then stared at me. As I finished my sentence.

"-Enough." I noticed I was staring; I ripped my gaze away from him and back to my food. The room filled with an uncomfortable silence. I could feel Aegons eyes upon me. I tried ignoring him. As I thought about how the Queen said she would talk to me this morning, and now, she's not. How.. Petty in a way. Heleana sipped her tea. Leaving her cup, picking up her things.

"I must see the children." She smiled. Waving her loving goodbyes, as it was the three of us again. The clanking of silver against plates drummed through my ears. I stopped eating, pulling back from my food, looking through the windows across from me, looking out at the birds.

Dragons will fall from the sky.

I onlooked at the birds in a daze. It was cut by Aegon slamming down his cup. My eyes flicked to him. He stared into me, with pure lust. Aemond looked between us, throwing down his spoon. Aemond eyed his brother, but Aegon didn't tear away from me. I gritted my teeth. But my heart said another. I was so conflicted, but I couldn't say what I wanted with Aemond here. I threw down my fork. Getting up and walking out, hearing their voices begin to rise. But I didn't care enough to listen.

"Fucking men with their stupid fucking faces." I whined to myself. Arykk called out to me.

"Princess!" I continued to stomp down the halls like an agitated rock. Thundering downstairs and halls I had never seen before. I was sure I had lost him in a maze of a place like this. I found myself in the armoury. Looking upon the swords and daggers. From the arrows to the bows. My eyes began to linger upon a small gathering of swords. Their metal glittered like no other. Out of curiosity. I pulled one out. Rather light for a sword. I looked back at my reflection. Seeing how clean and how smooth my hair was now.

I placed it upon the table. Looking at the way the metal was engraved. Like the sword Dark Sister. Was this Valyrian steel? If so, it was beautiful. I held it, looking out of the window. I was on the bottom floor of the castle now, seeing the horses go about their day. I looked back down at the sword, swinging it playfully. I smiled at it. I did it again, and again. I was my mother, a banished princess, fighting off hundreds of the kingsmen on my lonesome. But it was looking slim for me, they tried to cut me down, as I faked another swing to justice I-

"Princess?" A voice called to me. I turned looking to Arykk. He smiled at me, gesturing to the sword.

"What brings you here? A fight?" He joked. I looked to him, then back to the sword.

"Yes." I said.

"What?" He scoffed.

"I wish to learn to fight, to ride dragon back, to speak Valyrian as my people intended. To know my lineage, to know my birth rights." I put the sword back as I found it.

"If you wish it, Princess." He spoke. "If you say not to run from me this time." He smiled.

I simply nodded. "I wish to fight my own battles, reclaim my titles, know my lands. For I, the foreign Princess intend to keep in good health. Come now, to the library." I started down the halls, disorientated, trying to find my own way back, Arykk just put his hand to my shoulder, as he began to lead the way.

"Why there Princess?" He asked.
